No it just depends on what you want to focus on. For me I like having very fast attack speed as a gearmaster. The damage one, Hit rate one are also good ones to have.
over all the best place is mutated phoenix tower at lvl 80. For level 70 it would be at lvl 66 in warped eco cave. However now that map restrictions have been removed you can just get a higher level to power level your masters there in the lvl 100 map which is also fast at any level.
