You have a lovely family, working out isn't easy but diet plays a bigger part in weight loss so don't feel bad if you cant work out too much and remember even when dieting, consistency is key. The secret is doing the right thing most of the time because you'll definitely mess up on some days but as long as you do the right thing majority of the time you'll see results, don't ever beat yourself up
My workout tops are pink,peach,and floral(actually that one is a beach coverup). The workout bras is rose pink like yours,purple,peachwith black,and the top another shade. I love the pinks best. The bottom are leggings. I workout most days(4-6,twice per day if I'm home). I'm either working out in a park or at home(mostly home). Since almost 2 months ago,I started Keto with intermittent fasting and gained a lot of weight,so I've gone back to my usual eating habits and started loosing weight again. It's slow but works(consistent low impact workout with very small healthy balanced meals,low carbs,low salt,low fat). I eat lots of vegan meals,but I'm a pescatarian(I eat only some of kosher fish mentioned in the Bible). Mostly I have fun working out with our two year old. If I'm not thinking it's not fun,I'm not motivated to do it,it then feels too hard. Sisi Yemmie, you looked slim in the black outfit. Thanks for sharing.👍

Sisi Yemi honestly speaking. Weightloss is 80% your food and portion control and 20 excercise. This means one can loose weight without exercising but we need excercise to get the heart pumping well and also tighten our muscles. Especially if you are over 30 or dangerously approaching 40 like me. One step at a time.

It’s not easy with young kids. Long walks are for single people . As a mother who has time for that ? 30 min exercise first thing in the morning is my motto. Always do the most important thing in the morning before anything. That’s why I do my workouts first thing in the morning.
Sissi, I suggest to begin with stretching excercise for a few weeks & daily walks or light jogging as a first time to excercise. Steam veggies, seafood etc and less of the heavy & high calorie foods. There are plenty of videos to choose from for beginners! Health is your wealth!
