i got the black 5150 32/29 and its awsome. but i dont use it rn, i use a demarini cf52 piece composite 33/30 i got from my cousin who plays college ball. its still a great bat but i plan on using my 5150 alot more now

30:27 I got a 5150 (2019 version) for $62 for my son. I've told other kids they don't need 21-22 versions of bats. There's little difference other than paint. As long as you know the balance of swing weight/pop, and how that fits your size/strength and plate approach, that's the most important.

You should try the DeMarini Voodoo VDC13 from 2013 vs 2021 The goods. The 2013 is very loaded and want to see how it would compare to a newer BBCOR bat such as the goods.
I bought the Axe Origin for $65 and it’s been great! It’s a hard, stiff bat that feels a little heavy and the ball feels like a laser every time. Bonus, the blood blister and callus on my palm is gone because there’s no friction there because of the axe knob.
thats the reason Ben Gamel uses the axe handle on his bat. he spoke about the blisters he got on his hand in a What Pros Wear locker tour and his bottom hand looks absolutely shredded from the normal handle

I have two bats I’m putting up on my eBay soon and one of them is a BESR bat I think it’s from 2002 it’s a Black, Easton Sc888 CXN Connexion Two-Pice Tech with Blasting Cap Power Cup Design bat -3 32/29 2 5/8 Barrel DIA. I know Will love’s to find old BESR Bats and swing em’ on the Channel. The other one is the speed (I don’t like that it bends a little before a 100 hits) Maybe we can negotiate a trade like for the StringKing but right now $150 on eBay for that BESR Will wants to swing it on the Channel.
I have the same fuze that was in the video except I found it for $70 at dicks on Black Friday. Personally I think it is ok, but I have a voodoo and I use the voodoo over it every day.
I used the marucci f5 for the fall season of my freshman year. it was a more balanced bat, which is not what I usually prefer, but it had a surprising amount of juice to it. now in swing a 33 30 stinger nuke bbcor going into my sophomore year.
Do you feel like the sweet spot on some of the lower priced bats like the speed can vary? I bought a speed to test out and the balls are jumping off the barrel. Got it in -3 31inch 28ounces and can't believe the pop. I hadn't hit BP in years and and was getting my timing back. I was hitting it to the wall on some swings my timing was off and weight was out in front to early and just shocked at the pop. I know it's possible for some to be hotter than others. Just haven't hit with a 3 or 400 dollar bat but am dying to know if they have that much more pop than the speed.

The Rawlings Impact was the best performing bat on the Field and 3rd best for speed on the machine. It's wild because it's a shitty brand you can't pick it as a winner or at least let it qualify top 3. The Impact hit's above it's weight class that's for damn sure.
Try an Easton S500 less then 200 buck and I had it in highschool. Everyone loved it but they had better bats. I always wondered how it would do if someone who could hit used it

I have the easton speed and that thing destroys my hands every time, i might try to get a bat taper for it to see if that helps me

I got the taper for mine a few months ago and retaped it and it helps a lot with the sting and knob problem

Hey Will, you should review the $100 -3 Easton Elevate BBCORE, I think it’s a really underrated bat and I hit really well with it.
I use the fuse and I have found when you hit it on the side with the like little rubber ridges the barrel is MUCH better

Heavy isn’t good for me. I have to have good bat speed in fast pitch. Not a lot of time to decide if I’m going to swing or not.
