Why do you whisper? My videos are intended to relax, induce sleep, or create ASMR.
What does ASMR mean? Autonomous sensory meridian response; it is characterized as a distinct, pleasurable tingling sensation in the head, scalp, back, or peripheral regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, or cognitive stimuli.
I never get tingles. I listen to ASMR because it's soothing just to have someone speaking quietly.- plus listening to people eating kind of quells the craving for midnight snacks.

It was a very very cold day here where I live and I enjoyed coloring in my coloring book, listening to you through my headphones. It felt like coloring with a friend... it was very relaxing!
One more thing. Since my last post I realized I’m addicted to this video. I listen with a headset and that candy eating going from right to left must cause a dopamine flood in my brain. Plus, it puts me to sleep. I’m out before you say, “root beer number two”.

Oh heavenly SaasE, beautiful whisper. I too coloured today. Huge ASMR with this video! Fall is my favorite season, it is cool and I can finally breath again. I have OCD but it does not bother mine maybe because I am at the mild end of the scale

I just purchased an adult colouring book last Thursday...I got Millie Marott's Animal Kingdom. Can't wait to start colouring in all the wonderful designs. They are becoming very popular. I liked the turning of the pages and whispering of all things. :) There are red sun flowers around. Beautiful warm red with browny black centres..Helianthus Annus (lol at the last name...bit too close to something else for my liking.) and yeah..I had to look that up, not too good at remembering botanical names.
+Deez Kneez ASMR There are so many on Amazon to choose from. I have three now and so many pages to color. :) They are popular and I really do find coloring in them extremely relaxing. They are supposed to promote mindfulness (like meditation does) and that is good for our minds and general well-being. I looked up the sun flowers later on in the video and found my error. :D I knew they didn't look right.

This is my favorite video of yours! I love the food videos as well, but I like how you talk about colors, technique, etc. I'm an illustrator so I always find art meditative and I think that's why I gravitate towards this video :] It's kind of like the Bob Ross effect - learning something while watching him make happy trees haha :D

I actually love the sounds of the candy, but otherways it's not just an acustic thing, but a visual one, too. Seeing you coloring in combination with the rambling and hard candy eating, gives me the hardest tingle since HeatherFeathers Binaural Eye Examination :D You got me!
+Zombee Yay! I add the coloring because I don't like having my mouth that close to the camera as a visual. I, myself, prefer to see something else going on in this kind of video. Perhaps magazine flipping and candy eating in the future. I will play around with this.
