If shes laying in bed so much, she could probably get a damn blood clot in her legs. That causes a whole lot of problems, especially pulmonary embolism which can be fatal without immediate intervention. Legit, 1/3 die from it without treatment. That’s a pretty heavy statistic, and Albert here is obese, which makes that risk even greater. We all know she seems to be terrified of a fuckin doctor for whatever reason, so she’ll most likely just die. It’s honestly sad that she doesn’t see how close she is to death, or that she just doesn’t care.
She seems to think that becoming bedbound is a sudden, dramatic change, as opposed to a gradual decline. Sure, some people break an ankle or whatev and become bedbound that way, but for real -- our gorl probably isn't going to lose her mobility to an injury.

I have been bed-bound two times in my life ; once 32 years ago when I broke my neck and had a spinal cord injury and spent six months in bed recovering before I could do serious physical therapy. The second was three years ago when I spent two months in bed because I somehow cut my butt and got an infection to the bone and wasnt allowed to sit at all, then being only able to sit 5 min the first day, 7 min the second day etc etc. She has no idea what it does physically and psychologically to you when you are literally caught in bed. Sad part is she can do something about it. She has the power to stop the excuses and make a change while my spinal cord will never heal..very frustrating seeing her kill herself so slowly. Anyway love ya Zachary. You, WiLLo and SarcasticPotato are my only news outlet for the ALR and CM drama lol

Damani Janay That happened with me. I tried 2 anti depressants even beta blockers. Did nothing for me and I had nightmares all the time. Then I was finally prescribed sertaline. I feel much better it really helps with anxiety.
Something I don't think she even considers is your diet and exercise affects your mental health. I am on Lexapro, the same as she is, for my anxiety. Switching my diet and daily exercise has helped me tremendously! I think that she should look into a diet, exercise plan, and maybe some time away from the internet and actually stick to it for 3 months and see if it changes how she feels. I don't think she should be using her mental health as an excuse for this. There are TONS of people who struggle with depression and anxiety and yet still hold down a full time job. Yes, they may take off every now and then for an "anxiety/depression day", but the next day they realize they have to go into work or risk the chance of losing their job.
It's like gorl's just lost the will to not end up six hundred pounds and immobilized from sheer ennui. Too much orange chicken, and a lack of real spice in her life. It'd be sad af to see, if only she weren't so belligerent about it.

Work is healthy because it gets you out into the world and youre a functioning member of society. You feel good when you work hard. I think this video was the first time I truly felt some sincerity from her in regards to her own health, whether that be mental or physical. Also, she took at least 2 weeks off if not a bit more when she prerecorded all those videos during pride! Remember there was just a couple videos of short clips spliced together from that time period in between and then she came back with almost current (only a couple days behind) content.... I don't know if that break helped her or hindered her because she regained the 5 or so pounds she lost after pride plus 3 more and got to over 525. I think when she is not filming anything she goes into more of a depression and falls into the bad habits. But, that's just my opinion and assumption so who really knows lol!
I’m a writer who has never been published. I write and write, and go to writing conferences, and send my stuff to agents and publishing houses. So much work goes into what I do and I’ve never gotten a penny in return. You know why that doesn’t bother me? Because I love doing it. I hate hearing her talk about how she hates her job. As a published author, I gotta say, it's not as simple as that. I've seen many good books that are criminally unknown. Many publishers will also reject good books because they do not think they will sell. Fan interaction and pleasing is pretty much a must! Of course, you can't take what every fan says into account, but if you are a recluse and only write what you want when you want, you can lose your audience in a blink of an eye. One of the best ways to build up a fanbase is to be consistent. And to put out one book a year is tough. You have to put in a lot of effort. Writing, editing, getting the copyright, then getting the cover art. It's always a gamble whether you're able to make a return on the book until you make a fanbase who will just buy based on your name. You can't complain about and blame your fans or you will lose them!!

I read this really great book that talks about how you can talk all you want to a therapist about your problems, but at the end of the day its still in your control to choose the food and put it in your mouth. Change doesn't just happen talking about feelings, it comes with self control.

If shes laying in bed so much, she could probably get a damn blood clot in her legs. That causes a whole lot of problems, especially pulmonary embolism which can be fatal without immediate intervention. Legit, 1/3 die from it without treatment. That’s a pretty heavy statistic, and Albert here is obese, which makes that risk even greater. We all know she seems to be terrified of a fuckin doctor for whatever reason, so she’ll most likely just die. It’s honestly sad that she doesn’t see how close she is to death, or that she just doesn’t care.
But I bet she won't stop eating. Poor becky has to sleep next to someone who won't be able to shower now :(
She seems to think that becoming bedbound is a sudden, dramatic change, as opposed to a gradual decline. Sure, some people break an ankle or whatev and become bedbound that way, but for real -- our gorl probably isn't going to lose her mobility to an injury.

I had high hopes (read as "I'm stupid and thought maybe Amber finally got some self awareness.") after she said she had found a therapist. This kind of talking down to her fan base is crazy. She's like I worked hard on the past 2 videos I need a week break..
I have been bed-bound two times in my life ; once 32 years ago when I broke my neck and had a spinal cord injury and spent six months in bed recovering before I could do serious physical therapy. The second was three years ago when I spent two months in bed because I somehow cut my butt and got an infection to the bone and wasnt allowed to sit at all, then being only able to sit 5 min the first day, 7 min the second day etc etc. She has no idea what it does physically and psychologically to you when you are literally caught in bed. Sad part is she can do something about it. She has the power to stop the excuses and make a change while my spinal cord will never heal..very frustrating seeing her kill herself so slowly. Anyway love ya Zachary. You, WiLLo and SarcasticPotato are my only news outlet for the ALR and CM drama lol

Damani Janay That happened with me. I tried 2 anti depressants even beta blockers. Did nothing for me and I had nightmares all the time. Then I was finally prescribed sertaline. I feel much better it really helps with anxiety.

Something I don't think she even considers is your diet and exercise affects your mental health. I am on Lexapro, the same as she is, for my anxiety. Switching my diet and daily exercise has helped me tremendously! I think that she should look into a diet, exercise plan, and maybe some time away from the internet and actually stick to it for 3 months and see if it changes how she feels. I don't think she should be using her mental health as an excuse for this. There are TONS of people who struggle with depression and anxiety and yet still hold down a full time job. Yes, they may take off every now and then for an "anxiety/depression day", but the next day they realize they have to go into work or risk the chance of losing their job.
It's like gorl's just lost the will to not end up six hundred pounds and immobilized from sheer ennui.

I agree with some of the other commenters when they say they wouldnt want her job. Ive met friends and so many people through working. Work is healthy because it gets you out into the world and youre a functioning member of society. You feel good when you work hard. When im at home more than a few days i get depressed and i feel out of touch. She could really benefit from having even a 2 hr a day job...

I think this video was the first time I truly felt some sincerity from her in regards to her own health, whether that be mental or physical. Also, she took at least 2 weeks off if not a bit more when she prerecorded all those videos during pride! Remember there was just a couple videos of short clips spliced together from that time period in between and then she came back with almost current (only a couple days behind) content.... I don't know if that break helped her or hindered her because she regained the 5 or so pounds she lost after pride plus 3 more and got to over 525. I think when she is not filming anything she goes into more of a depression and falls into the bad habits. But, that's just my opinion and assumption so who really knows lol!
I’m a writer who has never been published. I write and write, and go to writing conferences, and send my stuff to agents and publishing houses. So much work goes into what I do and I’ve never gotten a penny in return. You know why that doesn’t bother me? Because I love doing it. I hate hearing her talk about how she hates her job. Do something you love. You say YT is your passion but the passion is gone.

'Authors who put out one book a year and for the rest of the year, they are rolling in the dough. You have to be a really good author to do that though." As a published author, I gotta say, it's not as simple as that. I've seen many good books that are criminally unknown. Many publishers will also reject good books because they do not think they will sell. Fan interaction and pleasing is pretty much a must! Of course, you can't take what every fan says into account, but if you are a recluse and only write what you want when you want, you can lose your audience in a blink of an eye. One of the best ways to build up a fanbase is to be consistent.
And to put out one book a year is tough. You have to put in a lot of effort. Writing, editing, getting the copyright, then getting the cover art. It's always a gamble whether you're able to make a return on the book until you make a fanbase who will just buy based on your name. You can't complain about and blame your fans or you will lose them!!
Horses help me with my depression and anxiety as soon as I'm with horses all the negativity i feel go away and I'm so happy.

I read this really great book that talks about how you can talk all you want to a therapist about your problems, but at the end of the day its still in your control to choose the food and put it in your mouth. Change doesn't just happen talking about feelings, it comes with self control.

Amberlynn, hunny, as someone average weight and has chronic depression, one of the BEST things I learned was that a healthy lifestyle can change EVERYTHING. Yes, that’s not going to cure depression, nothing “cures” it. But yes, healthy will completely change you amberlynn.
