Great video. We love Wendell Falls my only con is the Farmhouse and the area surrounding it is very dated tons of cobwebs/spiders so it does need a bit of an update considering it's been around for almost 10 years. Hopefully they will make the necessary updates but overall beautiful community.
The houses being close together is great when kids go trick-or-treating. They make out like bandits.😂 We checked out the Wendell Falls area a few years ago and it looked like a great place, especially for families with young children. My only warning to people who are considering buying there would be to stay away from McNeill Burbank homes. We purchased a home from them and the quality is not what it was when they were still one company under Saussy Burbank. I’ve heard good things about Dickerson though.
You seem like very nice people and the video is informative but I don't think your wife needs you constantly confirming she's saying the right words with your constant "yups" and "yeahs"...
