you forgot to mention volvo 240, 740, and 940/60. super cheap for clean cars. tons of stuff at the junkyards. good aftermarket support. strong car and engine. good community.
Volvo’s aren’t as common in my experience but if they’re cheap and reliable they make great drift cars!

volvos are the new cheap drift car. less popular but same scenario. cheap two owner cars. tons of shit at the junk yard. Frankenstein between models. strong motor. strong body. good aftermarket support. just less saturated.

Any value in having a missile that uses a lot of parts in common with your regular-drift cars so you can use them to borrow parts back and forth or not so much?
Could be but there most likely won’t be a whole lot in common as they’re so simple and cheaply built. But it’s always smart to share parts when you can!

i want my first real drift car to be a drift missile
1. decent power (stock 350z)
2. really safe and ready for a bump or two (a good roll cage and good bash bars)
3. F*ck the paint job
4. all gutted out

I can try and help for under 5k a good drift missile could be a 1995 mazda mx5 NA OR NB or like a cheap old bmw 3 series remember this is your drift missile car don't use it as a daily driver aswell.

What i meant was is there a way not to make it not look like a beer can because of all the abuse sometimes missile cars go under so what i mean is like not putting it in the wall🤣 .... also i meant a laurel c32 would be a good missile car to start with for me since its uses r32 and s13 parts plus you can find them mostly with rust if you luck you can find a clean one but i won't feel bad for hurting it 😅 sorry bro.

Hmm haha. Idk if we’ll even have passenger seats in them tbh. And we wouldn’t bring them to events most likely. If we do bring them you can count on us being able to give ride alongs in them! That’s our favorite part of events
