At least you’ve had some snow Steve. I live in central England and we haven’t seen any so far this year. In fact, the temperatures have been in the teens. The daffodils are blooming and we have blossom on the trees. It could be spring here. 👍
Nice flyer, great scenery. I see great developments in equipment, though the battery technology seems to be the weakest link. It would be wonderful to see these to be able to fly with smaller, lighter batteries and have a significantly longer flight time.
16:35 For clarification, I believe that heatsink is actually meant to be attached to the bottom of the Cinebot 25. The four fins appear to make contact with the VTX through the holes and are secured with the provided screws. Otherwise, great video, as usual.
I don’t think it will do anything if you stuck it on plastic. When a drone company uses a DJI O3 in their drones and they remove pieces of the DJI O3 system, they then include the pieces with the drone.
Nope. The DJI RC Motion 3 does not exist in the FPV hobby. It was created by DJI for people with no ability to use two Joysticks. It is also used by people with disabilities, but in the FPV Hobby there is no such device to control a real FPV drone (you need 2 joysticks).
Each year are there ice fishing accidents or other ice related accidents that require emergency responders to get involved? Would think drones would be extremely useful in determining what needs to be done before sending responders out onto the ice.

The AVATA is an extremely heavy noisy drone designed for beginners who are used to flying a MAVIC. It has optical flow, GPS and all the safety features DJI offers except obstacle avoidance. On the other hand there is the FPV hobby with drones that are under 250 grams, that can use any battery by any company, as well as any radio, which means such drones take serious skills to fly, like the CINEBOT25. I have the AVATA as well as the DJI FPV and I use the gear from those to fly these FPV drones.

Ridiculous how expensive some of the digital systems are...it was once possible to have a decent quad and camera for 150/200 dollars....now...350+ dollars. No matter how it is explained away... digital fpv systems are ridiculous...of course unless you have the $$ to literally throw away... I love flying and have been into ALL RC for 40+ years and drone for 10+ years... It's completely stupid to put these prices on camera parts/systems for drones.
It is the way of the future… kinda like gas to electric cars. Once you have the digital gear (sold the farm to get it) then the yearly expenses are low… until the new digital gear is invented, then you sell the next farm. Those that still fly analog have just as much enjoyment.

It is as if you want me to review a Porsche and say it sucks because you can't fit 8 bags of groceries in it. I also put products into perspective.... If it only cost $100, expect this for $100, or for $100 it is not bad, etc. What pisses me off the most is people like yourself who just generalize and assuming a UA-cam channel is "Money For Nothing", no effort, no creativity, just take the money and run. This channel takes a Fucking massiving amount of time out of my life due to the fact I love the RC Hobby and because I love the RC Hobby, I have been able to get thousands into the RC Hobby.
In many parts of Ontario this winter, No Ice, is Safe ice. A lot of morons out there just don't get it. It's like that here too. People fishing 50 meters away from open water on Lake Simcoe. I don't care if they drown or freeze, It's the resources that get tied up saving these guys, when they could be used in real emergencies.
RTFO!!!🤘
Ha ha, that is so true!
Hey Steve, another awesome video. I know this is a long shot but I was curious if you would be willing to help me out and possibly send me a drone like this one or this one? I have the goggles 2 and DJI remote from the Avata that I had,it was destroyed in a crash and the last quad I had,a Demibot just went in my local river and is gone so now I have nothing. I been going threw really rough time as my wife and father both passed away in the last couple years leaving me a single father of 3 girls and I just can't afford to buy another quad. I know it's not your problem but I just figured since you have probably 100 quads that you might be willing to help out a loyal fan. I watch all of your videos and would really appreciate it. Flying FPV is my only escape from feeling terrible about missing my wife and with 3 girls running around the only free time I get is when I go outside to fly and now that I don't have a quad depression has really been setting it bad. Thanks in advance and as always I will continue to enjoy your videos
I get asked daily to give people FREE drones and it has become ridiculous because everyone has a "story", so I made this video which should explain why I'd be POOR if I gave away drones. ua-cam.com/video/c95tBIClzDg/v-deo.htmlsi=_Cpcg-S1uysiaBPp
@@CAPTAINDRONE798 understandable just thought maybe you would consider it this one time.
6 minutes flight time @ -5c what sort of flight time would I get @ 25c?
Dont expect great customer service from them. Got
scammed by them 300 dollars and they blocked me
from their socials.
Really? Something went terribly wrong there. You are the first person that I have ever heard lost money buying from China. Others that have lost money were just simple minding humans and foolishly clicked on a scam too good to be true.
@@CAPTAINDRONE798 Iwe had returned my order and they claim that i had destroyed it. They shouldnt claim a return policy if they cant provide it right. Other than that it is so displeasing and hard to get a great conversation with them.
@@CAPTAINDRONE798 wanted to return my order and returned it. And they claim that i had destroyed the order. It is so displeasing to try to communicate with them too.
nice new video
Are these things still legal ?
In 95% of countries around the world, drones are perfectly legal as long as the pilot is certified and follows the rules of the country.
first
I cannot thank you enough 🫡
I need to decide cinelog25 v2 or cinebot 25, any advice?
If i buy PNP i can just put my elrs 915mhz reciever right? With this dji o3 antenna?
Thank you in advance
Best of the best
Hello, yes PNP means you can add a receiver. Your receiver will have its own antenna, either built into the receiver or one with dual antennas.
@@CAPTAINDRONE798 yes sir🫡🫡🫡
