Hi, i have a question...Im sailing with a optimist boat and im really afraid of big winds/waves and im afraid to capsize.Any tips?
Good Question @Aistis YT, I recommend slowly building up your confidence by getting as much time on the water as possible. It is perfectly normal to fall out and capsize, you just have to commit and you will improve your technique.
