Quincy, you should do a short followup vid after your D&D friends have tried the leftovers. Color me impressed by the Minions Land; I honestly wasn't expecting such quality.

Ropa veja is one of my favorite growing up. Alot for latinx/Hispanic food is not spicy(hot). So excited to go back to Universal Studios when everything opens.
i will miss Monsters Cafe but the inside of Minion Cafe is super cute.

Thanks for talking about how adults would like the kids meals. I eat very little, and I hate it when I end up with leftovers in a theme park. It’s just waste. I also resent the snobbery of “only kids should like this,” like who makes those rules, old man? Bah. And hurray for D&D!!!

It all looks super cute! I’m a massive fan of Despicable Me and the Minions and I’m so happy this will be open by the time of my visit later this year! Not so sure about the walk-through shooter attraction though - sometimes you just need to sit down! I’m withholding judgement for now but I wish they would have made it an Omnimover-type ride like Space Ranger Spin.

Wow, way to take one for the team, that was a lot of food. I've said it before, I'm not a Universal person and probably won't ever step foot in that land (I've also never seen those movies) but I love to watch ya'lls take on things.
Kind of surprised at how relatively adventurous the food is here. I kind of want to eat that cauliflower now.

Seeing the type of foods, I’m surprised there isn’t a fried plantains dish, considering it’s basically a cousin of bananas and something kids would really like if given the chance.

This is a very random comment, but in Spanish I regularly use words that mean sickly sweet and I was so frustrated that in English there wasn't an equivalent single word, but today thanks to you, I learned there was, cloying! I had never heard that word before. Thanks!
