It sound like drake said " the meads in there , he mash in there, with grains like silo". The bar is a reference to making alcohol and the process of fermentation. "mead" is a word referring to homemade alcohol that was used more in prohibition times. mash is a mixture of grains and fruits that is the base for the alcohol. A silo is where the fermentation happens and usually where the grains are stored.
Nah it means if his guy Lita is there then the gun is there too with bullets in it ready. "If Lita's there, then the mash is there with grains in there like silos" Mash is UK slang for gun, grain are the bullets & grains are stored in silos on farms.

Leakers and brought the UK slang the entire time and explained while he was free styling that in the UK, they call a mash a machine gun. So basically what he’s saying is that the machine gun is fully locked and loaded with bullets, like the amount of grains that you can find in silos.
