After a lethal diss track from Pusha, and a no-reply from Drake, there were questions about what this album would bring. Will there be a response to Pusha or any one in particular? Let’s find out!

Broo watched this when it came out but I wanted to come back and your guys reaction when Drake say “A wise man once said nothing at all” is so funny cuz you guys both react the same way.
Big ups for not hating on the album like almost everyone else... People ready to crucify Drake after that Pusha beef and came into this album crazy biased and expecting bangers to compensate... If you know hip hip you know the bars on side A were crazy. Not his best album but not deserving of anywhere near the amount of hate he's taken for it

i’ll never forget the first time i heard “over my dead body”
My theory on this project is that Drake originally wasn't gonna do a Side A or B and here's why I think this. The last playlist was called More Life so it would make sense for Drake to start off with the track "Is There More" sort of questioning life. I think Side A was created to address the beef. Think about it in the sense with the release date too, Drake never really gave us one and then literally last week of June he gave us the album so he had time to cook up a a whole Side A.
I thought it was funny that y’all didn’t like In My Feelings knowing now that it became so huge haha

First off, I have to say you guys are masterful in your critiques of albums. I think you guys highlighted something that was a big issue with me, and that is his identity crisis with this album. I enjoy the feeling of knowing the theme of my rapper. I feel that this new album has no theme, and it is all over the place. I think this scattered album is do to Pusha. Instead of staying with what he does best, he used this album to address his insecurities with mainly Pusha. Additionally, when you got projects like Nas, Pusha, Nipsey, Jay Rock, Royce, and etc... this album isn’t even in the mix. He has too much of a name and resources to not blow the listed out of the water. I was expecting album of the year, and this ain’t it. Exactly, that’s what I expect from someone of his ilk. Anything less is a failure. Oh yeah, I was listening as hard as I could, but did he address the black face?I don’t know too much about him personally, because he does a great job of not just hiding his kid, but he also does a fantastic job of hiding his identity. That concerns me, because I don’t know if this guy is really into hip hop, or is he just in it for the cash. Sorry about the length.
This album is about the duality of Drake. He’s versatile.

I feel like I was served a whole plate of garbage. This is suppose to be Drake, right. My expectations are high, like a Dr. Dre beat. Anything less than that is unacceptable.

The problem with Drake is that he really doesn't sing anymore. You listen to all of these songs and none of them have the singing Drake that we got back in 2009 - 2011. I miss the singing like he used to do in songs like "Shot for me" or "houstatlantavegas". Plus his albums used to have a certain feeling to them like take care, nothing was the same and views all had themes. This album just sounds like a big mixtape. 5/10
Romy Taylor go back and listen to his first couple albums and tell me you don't hear the difference. He doesn't have the same melodic feeling, he doesn't even go for the high notes anymore. The singing in this one is more mono and boring. The only song on the album you get some of it is March 14 and it's for a brief second

Was a fan since so far gone, I think this album is his worst though imo, my favourite parts are few and far between. Even if he shortened the album to the better tracks it would still feel weak compared to his other works.
