Well if they catch them the only thing they'll probably get is a month of probation and a fine for littering. San Antonio is so awful now. Its pissing me off. I grew up here this is my home. Why are they letting this happen to the city? Why aren't they letting the police do what the need to do?
The police ARE doing their jobs. Vote out the mayor, the DA and anyone else in govt that is lenient toward the criminal element. And spread the word to all parents you know... get involved in communicating values to children early in life... teach values and model good behavior from birth.
