This is an amazing workout!!! Very tough but in a good way. I modified some of the movements and paused so I could get through it. I'm not a fan of the some of the workouts I see where the instructor silently goes through each exercise with a timer in the corner of the screen accompanied by loud music. I found it extremely helpful when Larie explains throughout the workout, techniques, what to do, what not to do and how you can modify. Like an actual fitness coach.

What an authentic and high-spirited instructor you are - i felt like omg, she wouldnt stop , its burning… im going to quit, but i made it through ( although with variation), i feel so liberated, accomplished and proud!! Many thanks, i just hit the subscription button..
Very nice. I love how I can lift heavy pretty well, teach some pretty tough muscle endurance classes, but when it comes to barre style workouts I need a few breaks. Thanks for the program. I enjoy your workouts and will return.
Thank you for the barre less workout this morning! I love barre, and this was a nice, unique challenge for me. I also love that you wore your glasses in this video. I only wear glasses ( I rarely wear contact lenses) and can totally relate to them slipping off when you are working out the hardest. LOL!!!
Killer workout! I am a fitness instructor and yoga teacher and my thing is all about that power and high intensity and am just super intense by nature and you challenged me!!! I loved it because I don't do high rep with weights on the norm, this was a great way to challenge me! :) I will be sharing some of your side plank options in my power yoga class for sure!

Did not hold the planks and could not keep up with the difficult curtsey lunges, very uncoordinated lol. But otherwise was a great workout. Really am loving all these barre wotkouts! 😀
