I want to mention that during the briefing there are two bars on the left that indicate the amount of ground and air targets in a mission, so you can choose you're payload accordingly
I think he’s gonna have a heart attack fighting the arsenal bird though at the very least ac 7 has checkpoints also the ac games are more fair than project wingman
11:33 Woodward is such a gigachad. I picture him well in situations like : -"Captain, we're outnumbered, outgunned and completly encircled !!!" -Woodward : " *Excellent* , load the main guns and ahead full, *CHAAAAAAARGE* "
Railguns draw a wide line in the air for a number of seconds which creates area of denial and reduces the ability of enemy aircraft to directly strike the area that they are defending. It's like flak's bigger brother showed up and is giving you both fingers
I think your learning a bit, but you really need to use guns when in close where the missiles have no turn radius. Also the enemies will use guns as well, so going in head on super close is a really easy way to lose a chunk of your health
Bricky if you haven't seen it yet, Jose Pavli has a 2 part series on how he composed for Project Wingman, the focus being on why he chose certain motifs and instruments. A fun watch that goes surprisingly in-depth
0:12 Looks to be the Harrier Ahoy, me maties! Yup, railgun. They've not only recovered from the Calamity in 4 centuries and change, they've progressed ahead of where we are now. And by simple logic of game crazy, you're only going to see nuttier things as the game escalates. Monarch: "Ooh, pretty colors" Prez: "PULL UP AWAY FROM THE main guns shooting at us!" Eh, railguns have been proposed for intercepting ballistic missiles, which are much smaller and faster targets. So it's not entirely implausible. The main cannon mount on a Destroyer probably wouldn't work well at AA targeting, but I could see smaller more agile railguns being meant to 1 shot fighters and attack planes. 21:42 That's not a hostile, so the board is clear. The premier multi-role carrier based fighter/attack plane of the United States Navy for decades. Well the most war crimes you did was attacking people working on strategic assets vital to both sides of the war. Shooting down an airliner is a a lot less grey, and not in a good way. AWACS Airborne Warning and Control Systems. Flying radar platforms that play important roles in command and control. Having one outside of proper military service probably means the group you work for is probably doing very well. Depending on what kind of AWACS platform we're talking about. If you're rocking a private "technically not an" E-3, that is a princely asset indeed. RAMMO!
A mercenary army with its own airforce, including paratroopers, is already an insanely expensive operation, hiring them must be absurdly expensive in turn(be it direct payment, or in servicing their caft/subsidized costs/providing them with your mechanics, so on).
One tip is you're taking a lot more missile hits than you should because when you are being tracked you have a tendency to panic and spin while staying on your target instead of breaking off and changing directions, this happened three times in the footage here. Youll get better.👍
35:45 you havent done any warcrimes yet. Non-combatants are marked differently but are still military targets. Civilians are civilians, plus its hard to tell but civilian labels are brighter/whiter then noncombatants which are like yellow. theres a whole schpeal in the comments of part 3
I also tried to get out of the clouds really fast and put myself straight into the drink. It's a bitter pill. Also, I gasped a little when you sold the FE-4. my beloved.
Don't worry Bricky, I know how you feel. Once playing Ace Combat 7 I was aiming a rail gun at an enemy AA unity only to nail a truck full of refugees instead
PW on Normal isn’t that hard, it’s just that you don’t understand the limitations of what you can and can’t do. You’re continually focusing on dogfighting when you could open up the distance instead, overcomitting to one target at a time, not understanding the operation of your special weapons, and over reliant on flares when you could simply evade or outrun the missile. These are lessons engrained upon the flight arcade vets, and are not to disparage your own skills Bricky. You don’t need to get good- you need to learn.
Yes this is definitely a skill issue, but then again your chat aint helping. One big thing: Guns are overpowered in this game. So stick to an enemy's ass at all times. Also, some enemies like the specialists/German madman can use the AOA limiter so their turns are fuckin crazy. Dont shoot a missle, theyre likely gonna turn around and slam one into you in response
I want to mention that during the briefing there are two bars on the left that indicate the amount of ground and air targets in a mission, so you can choose you're payload accordingly
"I swear to god this missile locking sound will be in my nightmares"
Could be worse Bricky, you could be playing Ace Combat 7.

Hang in there Bricky. You're getting close to "that" mission.

I’m really glad there are no checkpoints in the game.
Reason 1: Because that’s a chad move
Reason 2: It results in videos like this
But makes the game annoying to play

thanks bricky for making me play this game again. Always a delight to stumble around in the sky with aoa limiter off
1:05 Ladies and Gentlemen, we have another one.
You really need to use the guns more, they're much more reliable than missiles if you know how to aim well.
Can someone introduce him to the mod that turns Prez on all the time? Game is more fun when you can fly more than 1/3 of the planes
I also tried to get out of the clouds really fast and put myself straight into the drink. It's a bitter pill. Also, I gasped a little when you sold the FE-4. my beloved.

I think the lack of checkpoints is because you could potentially burn up enough ammo to screw yourself over.
XD Bricky that last guy just quickscoped you
Bricky is the king of wasting missiles lmao like the planes only need 1 of the multi lock type and if one misses they all will but he still sends 4😂
I wish he had kept the full second try for the first mission in the video. I get wanting two missions per video but I really enjoy watching this game

Flares are infinite and have an 8 second reload, of course he’s gonna be reliant on them.
ace combat 7 has checkpoints. if you ever feel like trying it out after this.
Mission 11 will be a fun time
