Normally, I would agree with you on grocery prices and oil prices. There was a report that came out last year where the CEOs of major supermarkets in the US were at a quarterly meeting. The meeting was secretly videotaped and the videotaped was played on independent news. The CEO from Kroger stated we have had record-breaking years since Covid. This will only continue because we will continue to raise prices. We can continue to raise prices because no one will stop us. People have to buy food. The Democrats nor the Republicans did anything to address the price hikes in at major supermarkets I have no doubt that Harris will not do anything to address that issue, as far as the keystone pipeline. That pipeline needed to be stopped because the pipeline was crossing over Native American, tribal lands and sacred lands that decision to shut down that pipeline was the right decision. The pipeline should have never been started. The pipeline was causing environmental destruction on native Americans tribal lands.

Affordable housing should be the top economic priority not price gouging on foods. The prices of houses and apartments is way too high and it doesn't match the cost of living. Houses and apartments that are considerably cheaper would solve many issues.

It’s a bad idea and hasn’t worked. What would the standard of cost be based on? Who would be over the monitoring it? I’ve listened to a couple of economists and they’ve said it’s best to create a greater supply which would force stores to lower costs for customers to buy.
The federal trade commission will set the prices and will be monitoring it. Horrible idea.
