I agree. Your English is better than you may think. Your vocabulary and grammar are good. I’d say you’re fluent. The pronunciation will come with practice. Thank you for your videos.
Your video was not boring. Have self-confidence and I guess you show your watchers a part of their own life, and the story of your life makes this even more comparable for a lot of us😊 Thank you🙏
I live in Southern California. The weather is very mild. Fall/Summer is the 2 seasons. This summer was very mild. A few days of high 80s°F. We never get below 39°F. Little bit of rain. Average annual 12". Usually during Nov-April. The recent Hurricane 🌀 that became a Tropical Storm brought 1.3"? of rain. Some wind. Very unusual. Global warming. First time to get that in almost 100 years.
I am in the US and am so impressed with your English. You are such a handsome young man! Please don’t put yourself down… you are a lovely and talented person. Blessings sent to you from South Carolina.
Here in Greece where I live, we have moussaka, fishes, vegetables with patatoes( gemista), all kinds of pasta, meats, white cheese and many salads and many more. But in the summer the weather is very hot.
Hello, I'm a new subscriber here from Philippines. I just came across your video yesterday, The Reason behind my despair in Japan as a Japanese and I was moved by your story especially your past. So now, I am binge watching your past videos. Also, your English is good. Sometimes, I still commits grammar mistakes and wrong pronunciation so don't be hard on yourself. We can all be better, every expert was once a beginner.
Same here. I just found his new video, and loved listening to him even if there were sad parts. Now I'm watching his other videos, because he is very soothing to listen to.
You are amazing Yuu! Your English is VERY good. Have confidence my friend! I have been learning Japanese for almost a year now and it’s no where near as good as your english.
Your cat is gorgeous! And your English is very good. Your cleaning routine is also impressive! Keep making your videos. The are very inspiring to me, as it is obvious that you are a thoughtful and sensitive person. The world can be a scary place, and it is helpful to me to see someone of your personality out there in the vlogosphere.😊
Your videos are wonderfully cheerful and bring a sense of joy and positivity to everyone who watches them! Your vibrant personality and infectious enthusiasm shine through in every video, creating an uplifting atmosphere that brightens our days. The way you engage with your audience and the genuine happiness you radiate make your content not only enjoyable but also a source of comfort and inspiration. Keep spreading those good vibes-your cheerful videos are making a fantastic difference!🙂
I just watched your Despair for Japan video and you seem like a really good person. Someone with a lot of kindness and empathy. It seems like you’ve put a lot of work into building a peaceful life for yourself. I am also part Japanese and grew up in an abusive household here in the US. Sometimes I find it hard to let go of the past and things people have done to me. Seeing your videos remind me that I can live a happy peaceful life now too. Best wishes my friend. P.S. I prefer savory spicy curry and I agree it’s best the day after.
I really really enjoyed the video of your most ordinary morning routine. I think for most people their whole life consists of such seemingly simple but very important and such cozy moments.I was born and raised in Moscow, and now, by the will of a happy fate, I live in Portugal. It’s difficult for me to judge in general what kind of food they like in Russia or Portugal. It all depends very much on family and habits. Curry is popular in both places, but again I can only judge from my experience and that of my loved ones.
Yuuu ^_^ thank you for offering us a glimpse into your world! It's interesting to notice that young people worldwide are struggling with the same issues (stagnant wages, increasing cost of living, the uncertainty of the future...). May we all find the happiness and peace of mind we deserve ❤ PS: Your curry looks delicious, couls you please give us your recipe? If you ever want to visit Southern Italy, remember that the vast majority of our traditional dishes is very spicy! But you can ask for a non spicy version of most things ☺
Everyone is struggling in life today. It's a matter of not expecting too much for the future. Live by the day, one day at the time. It's humid and raining here in Manila, too.
hey! what do you mean your English isn't good? feel proud of yourself... you're awesome 🎉🎉🎉 and thanks for sharing your daily lifestyle with us 🫂🫂🫂... it's nice to know you a lil bit more 😉🫰🏻 ビデオで ありがとうございます 😁👍🏻
don't worry yuu, your english is actually very good! Me as a german, I also find it hard to pronounce certain words correctly but thats okay! I really like watching your videos since they are somehow calming, so please continue:)) Oh and my favourite traditional dish from my country is Spätzle! You should really try it if you want so visit Germany someday!
I am fascinated with your videos. Great job! I also have cats at home and I agree it's a strugle to keep the house clean. Here, in Lisbon, Portugal, the summers are not very hot. We are near the Atlantic so our max is around 34. A big hug from Portugal!
Loved your video Yuu!! I like your morning routine and the fact that you take time to play with your adorable cat 😸 In my native Country, Italy, usually for breakfast we have either a coffee, a cappuccino or a latte or tea with croissants or biscuits. In the Country I'm currently living, the UK, there are many different breakfasts, depending in which part of the Country you are living. You can have either a sweet or a savoury breakfast; the most common ones are porridge (made with oats), egg and bacon or, especially during the weekend when you have more time, a "full English" where you have eggs, bacon, sausages, tomato, beans and black pudding accompanied by a nice cup of tea. Personally, especially lately, I prefer a savoury breakfast, some rice with vegetables and eggs or sometimes some noodles with eggs. Here in the UK we have a lot of curries, from the mild ones (like the Korma one) to the very spicy (like the Vindaloo one); I like something in between, not too sweet but not too spicy. Thanks for all the interesting videos you are making, it's always a pleasure watching them!!☺️☺️
This was a wonderfully calming video. Your English is great as it is with a very charming accent. As to curries, they are very popular in the United Kingdom, so much so there is generally an Indian takeaway in almost every town. I am unable to eat spicy food, so prefer mild curries (like Katsu) I agree, there are some foods that taste better the day after they are made: curries, savory mince, pizza. It's as though the food is more infused with the flavour. As to other foods, we have specialties here in Scotland like langoustine, haggis, black pudding, white pudding, and fruit pudding, stovies, etc. For my own part, I eat a lot of vegetables but not much fruit mostly because I was raised in the tropics of Australia where tropical fruit was grown in our back yard and I grew used to the taste of freshly picked fruit, but living in Scotland that kind of fruit is often imported and frozen in transit so loses its flavour. As to the temperature: here in the Highlands we enjoy very mild summers with it rarely getting hotter than mid-20s celsius. They are very wet though in this particular area which makes for good farming country.
Video was not at all boring. I enjoyed it along with the light piano music. Very relaxing and informative. I too love organization, less clutter and a tidy home. If it’s messy or unorganized I actually feel like I can’t concentrate, nor relax. My mood is happier in a clean, decluttered and organized home. I love animals but don’t have one cause they are another responsibility with needs that I just don’t feel I can commit too. Maybe one day when I retire. I think you should be a kdrama actor.
Great video Yuu, I watched it while having lunch so thanks for keeping me company! I am vegetarian so I had a sandwich filled with Irish brie cheese, various vegetables and ballymaloe relish which is an Irish chutney made with tomatoes, sultanas and spices. Last night I made a cottage pie with onions, celery, grated carrots and lentils, a gravy made with vegetable stock and topped with mashed potatoes and cheese. Other traditional meals here would be an Irish stew or potato bread which is traditionally made with leftover potatoes and flour. I love making spicy curry with cauliflower and potatoes and lots of cumin and curry powder. Here in Belfast, Northern Ireland we had 2 weeks of hot weather 30C which is uncommon for us, but now it is much cooler with a lot of rain as we come into the Autumn. You should consider setting up a patreon, I'm sure many of us would love to support you continuing to make videos!
Even if your English isn't perfect, you're doing really well. When I watch your video, in some aspects, it's my daily life too, the importance of cleaning your living space in order to live in a clean and healthy environment is very important to me. I live in France in a suburb of Paris. This year, the summer is strange in Paris, we sometimes have temperatures of an autumn month with a lot of rain then days with very strong heat. This shows how climate change has become a real problem. Your cat is too cute. You look after him very well. Having a pet is a member of a family. Thank you for taking the time to share with us these moments of your daily life.
South africa in certain provinences is extremely hot somtimes 40 degree celcius or higher 8n extreme cases. Im mixed race so we stews, curry alot bt i love a good braai(barbeque).
Thank you so much for continuing to share more about yourself Yuu!! Learning a new language is hard, but you're doing really well, so don't give up! Vocab will come with time, since you'll never stop learning new words (even if it's your native language). Your cat is adorable, he seems like such a good boy!! Try not to work too hard 💪🤭💖
Yuu, your English is great! I’m learning Japanese for two month now and I would be very happy to speak so good Japanese like you speak English. Maybe I’m getting there in a few years. But I have no one to speak Japanese with. I live in Switzerland and right now it’s very hot here too. 🥵 I’m half Latina/Swiss, so I like my curry quite spicy. And I let my cat sniff my food too. I have two black cats, one of them has white paws. 🐈⬛🐈⬛ They are the most beautiful and cutest cats for me personally but your cat is very cute too. Thank you Yuu, for sharing your life with us!
After my very stressful day I was expecting a vlog with a whirlwind of events in a busy Tokyo. But.. I had a wonderful surprise with a super calming, serene video that made me relax and feel better 😁 Thank you for that, I loved it and keep up your excellent job!! 🌟Also, your kitten is very cute 😺 and mornings are a bit difficult for me too ☺️
Hello, For breakfast, I often eat tea with cheese, if there is little time. And if there is a lot, you can cook an omelette with vegetables or oatmeal with apples and cheese in goat's milk. I also have a two Scottish cat. One eats only feline and the other is very fond of human food, especially vegetables and fruits. I also cook porridge with vegetables and meat for cats. Although I clean regularly, but not every day, because there is not enough time and energy for everything. I am inspired by the cleanliness in your home. How much time per day do you spend on cleaning?
I really think your English is pretty good, considering you haven't been learning for a long time. Personally I find your accent downright adorable 😸 And your video was not boring. Very peaceful. Spicy curry and spicy foods are my faves!
There are so many interesting things in this video! 1. Your playtime with your Cat. 2. First thing what i caught about you is your hair.....you look DASHING...and now i understood why your hair looks great because you are so concerned about it ❤. 3. How you take care of your health knowing you have a thin body.....by the way, im thin as well like you and its also difficult for me as well to gain weight and im also trying these days to gain some weight....but your perspective of having nutrients is super COOL. Also, i have a sweet tooth as well 😋 4. The way you document your videos.....seriously this EPIC....im not lying ok. Your English is soooo good im shocked.....better than mine. English is not my native language 😅 I want to travel the world as well...here we have spicy curry in my country....my country is famous for variety of food as Pakistan is a multi-lingual country with many cultures and languages.....do visit Pakistan.....i will be your escort if i would be there by that time....😊
You, your English is excellent and a thousand times better than my Japanese … there is something very soothing about the way you bring life to every space you inhabit… a rare quality … I look forward to seeing more of your work.
You may want a couple of plants in your home. It helps purify the air. You could put a fan in the room you are working in, to help with the heat. Then turn it off, after you finish working.
Yuu-san, no one is surprised, your English is quite solid, your pronunciation reflects your energy and honest investment into it, you're only gonna get better, 頑張れ、頑張れ、you've got this
Hi Yuu, I am new follower from Spain and I find your videos very soothing and relaxing and also truly interesting so please keep making content for you and us I really enjoy everything. Oh! and what a caring partner you have, she got you a nice new mouse for you to work more comfortably 😊
This was nice to watch. ☺️ very calm and also interesting! Thank you for sharing your personal routine and believes behind it! 🙏🏻 I find your pronunciation to be, while not perfect, well understandable and it is clear that you work really hard on it, so it sure will get even better in the future. Even though I am German, I don’t really eat much of the typical German food at all. I often have just a shake of blended fruits and nuts and nutritional add ons like barley grass powder in the morning, but that sure is not very typical German. 😄 I have celiac disease so I can’t eat anything containing gluten. German eating culture has lots of bread in it, many eat bread with various toppings for breakfast, which I can’t do. So I also usually eat a lot of rice and really like the asian cuisine and want to learn more about it! I would love it, if you would share more about Japanese food! ☺️
Wow...I'm impressed how you've improved with English, in fact better than me 😂. Thank you for sharing part of your morning routine, I love getting up early too, I feel more productive in the morning and just like you it is important to keep my house clean. Greetings Yuu !!
I have to tell you that I'm so happy that I came across your blog. I can't stop watching you and listening to you. Your English is beautifully spoken, and not to mention soothing when you speak. I love the man that you have become now and have overcame family violence. Never forget that you are strong and beautiful and you are loved. ❤❤❤❤ Love, your friend Joe Gabriel
💚 Thank you for this interesting vidéo. I really like your way of speaking English. I can understand you very well and I love your little accent. 💠 Me with my Japanese friend I also speak English, because she has difficulty with French even she lives in Belgium. For my part, I sometimes have difficullty expressing certain things because I do not master the language well. Fortunately there are translators to help me. I try to teach him French better. Thanks to these exchanges, a bond of frienship was created and I want it to last a long time. It makes me discover the subtleties of Japanese culture and traditions. This friendship is precious to me. 💠 I love your daily ritual. Me too, my rituals do me good and allow me to live my days well. 🫠Thank you for these pleasant moment to listen to you.
15:37 Thank you for sharing your life and experiences with us. I watched several videos this morning during the early morning hours before the work day. Your videos help me to relax with my cats. We enjoy a shared passion for photography and photo journalism, and with our kitty companions. Please continue to create, produce, and share your life experiences through your artistic expressions in videos and photos. I look forward to watch your videos. 😊
You speak well, don't worry. People are really just unsatisfied on the places they are privileged to live in. What they have, they take for granted. Like when I was in Rome in 2001, I was talking to our Italian lady tour guide to say how lucky they are to hear Mass at St. PETER'S Basilica but she replied it was only that time when she was touring us that she came to Vatican. She said she like other Italians don't normally go there. Likewise for me, I love going to Japan (not summer & winter months) so I 've been there more than 25 times. Visited from Tokyo (after going around there) like Nikko, Kamakura, Yokohama, Kawaguchiko, Shizuoka, from Osaka to Kobe, Kyoto, Nara etc. And miss my favorite foods like Omuriso, Oyakudon, Tendon, Soba noodles, Takoyaki, Okonomiyaki, Mochi with mung beans, Dorayaki, etc. Been some time since my last visit in 2016 then pandemic struck. I'd like to see contents on places not normally visited like those in Chubu prefecture like Ishikawa, Nagano, Aichi, Gifu, Niigata. Even one at a time. How is it reached from Tokyo or from Osaka? (Not just Shinkansen, are there other local cheaper trains or buses). What beauty spots can be found there? What foods they have or famous for? Because the prefecture is far ftom Tokyo or Osaka. In all the places I've been, I never used Shinkansen. Just limited express trains or buses.
1. Your cat is adorable 2. Your English is way better that you think. Trust me, I teach English for a living, so I know what I'm talking about. 3. I wish I had it difficult to gain weight. For me, the opposite is true😅😅😅 4. I really love your videos about your life and simple things in Japan. It's truly relaxing and inspiring.
Interesting daily routine especially your cat and your breakfast. Talking about Japanese curry makes me felt hungry. I'm kinda lazy person to cook early in the morning 😅, so cereal or bread is easier way for quick breakfast. Good to see your positive and productive day - at least you leave your past behind. Looking forward for your next video.
Hi Yuu! Here in the region of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, there is no 4 seasons in Malaysia but high humidity and copious rainfall. And your English sounds fluent to me! Thanks for your morning routine video 🥰
Here’s adding to most everyone’s comment that your English is VERY GOOD! Have a good time when speaking English and practice makes perfect. Don’t overthink it. Just do it👍😁😉 You got this!
Hello Yuu.. just want to say that I'm following you for a while, and truly enjoy seeing Japan thru your lenses.. As much as I wish, I don't think I'll be able to visit Japan, so thank you for taking us along.. I see you trying so hard to improve your English.. first let me tell you thst speaking a language that no around you speaks is pretty hard, and you just did it, and it's quite an achievement. I am from an Eastern European country but now live in California. I didn't speak English when i moved here, and I struggled a lot to learn . One thing that really helped me with pronunciation was listening to English audio books. It made a huge difference, because those who are narrating these books have a perfect diction and listening to this over and over it started to imprint in my brain. Your grammar and vocab is good, don't stress so much about it. Also i really loved the videos about your cats, I have 2 cats myself and I think you cats are super cute. Anyway, keep doing what you're doing, can't wait to see more. ✌️
Yuu, you are doing fine. We can understand what you are trying to tell your fans about your video. You don't have to worry about that. All the best to you. Best wishes from Singapore 💗
Yuu, your cat is adorable! In answer to some of your questions - I love curry as well and you are so right that it always tastes better the next day. I think it is because the spices have had time to combine and settle producing a richer flavour. As I age I am not as good with really spicy curry, some heat but not overwhelming. Thai green curry is one of my favorites. In Canada we have quite a variety of food that we eat. I live in a very multicultural city (one of the most multicultural in the world) and there isn't any kind of food we can't find. My husband is Chinese and I am English - so we also have a love of many different types of food. When I was in Japan just before the pandemic I stayed at a hotel (for work) and every morning they served a Japanese breakfast and a Western breakfast. I loved the Japanese breakfast and my colleagues who were also from Canada were very curious - and by day 3 they too started to eat and enjoy the Japanese breakfast! In the western diet - there are lots of eggs, toast, bacon, sausages, pancakes, yogurt, oatmeal, cereals ---not all at the same time of course for breakfast- unless in a hotel restaurant buffet. (LOL) I too am a tea drinker - but my husband is a coffee drinker - so we serve both in our house. Ironically my son takes after his father liking coffee and my daughter likes tea. :) Thank you for continuing to share about your life in Japan. It is really wonderful to learn more about Japan and Japanese Culture. I do plan on going back to Japan with my husband and will put all of this great additional learning to good use :)
Yuu, I loved your morning routine video. I wish I were as conscientious as you about cleaning and keeping a tidy home. It was a very relaxing video. Also, you cat is the cutest.. Did you mention his name? Please mention it again. Also, I think you seem to have no problem expressing yourself in English so all your studying has resulted in much success! Thanks, again, for sharing your routine. 🙏💜
Your love for cleanliness is a motivation for me to improve my environment. The reason is when a house has many merchandise, it just start to cluster. When the human mind is clouded, it is difficult to be clean like yours. I must try very hard.
You have an incredible vocabulary, and since my partner is slightly deaf, I automatically use the subtitles function as well for everything I watch, so I have no difficulty in following your spoken words as well. I am now retired, so my day isn't nearly as productive as yours, but I appreciate your desire to keep things neat and clean. Summers in Boston (U.S.A.) usually aren't too hot, but we have several days in the 90s (Fahrenheit) I live in a corner apartment on the 8th floor of a high rise building and usually get a good cross draft when I open my windows, so I don't need the air conditioning much - although on very hot days I will run it for a few hours for the cat's comfort (He has me trained well!) Like you, I'm not crazy about spicy food. My neighborhood Thai restaurant now knows to make my food mild - the last time I told them it was perfect, "my nose was running but my eyes weren't watering." 🙂 I'm glad that our messages of support in response to your earlier video helped make your day better. You have much to offer, and I appreciate your willingness to share your life adventures so freely.
I think your English pronunciation is much much better than several other Japanese youtubers I follow. You are on the right path, keep practicing. 👍 If I may, I recommend you a useful exercise. Get an English movie you like and pick some lines you would like to practice, preferably with words you feel you can't pronounce properly. Use your phone's recorder to record the line from the movie, then mute the movie and repeat the line a few times. Try to copy the original pronunciation of the actor. Then listen to the recording you've made. Compare your pronunciation to the original lines.Try to identify the differences then do it again. If you keep doing this regularly your pronunciation will improve a lot. I'm also not a native speaker and I do this exercise to this day. Moreover, when I watch a movie and I come across with a word I don't know, I stop the movie and repeat the word loudly several times, and write it down to a piece of paper with the meaning and have it laying around on my desk for a few days. This really helps to broaden vocabulary on long term. Try it out. 😉😊
Don't know why, as today I took very high stress from my sister. I feel related and relax watching your clip. Thank for your inspired vdo (and also be confident to your body, it's beautiful! ^ ^)
Your English pronunciation is so good that I can actually listen to your videos and not miss anything, some of your pronunciation seems a little more English than American, but perhaps that's why I find you so easy to understand.
Thank you for sharing your daily routine, I thought your English pronunciation was very clear, im from El Paso, Texas so our summers are really hot also so I'm looking forward to fall also
I think you English is really good and easy to understand. It’s not easy learning a new language. Keep up the great work you are doing a fabulous job 😊
Estou gostando muito dos seus vídeos. Sou brasileira, e gosto de fotografia. A comida brasileira é muito diferente da comida japonesa. Desejo muito sucesso para você. (Brasil)
Your voice is so calm and beautiful. You are amazing Yuu. And your English is very good. I really enjoy your video. 💙 Thank you for making my day better
I don't think your english skill pronunciation is bad, not at all. English isn't my first language and even so, I could understand everything. Also the most important part of communication is when you can share your thoughts, and people could understand. So you're doing very well! 🎉 About the food for breakfast, where I live is essentially bread with butter (or ham and cheese, or requeijao) and coffee (with milk for me 😅)! But depending the state or region could be different. Thanks for sharing your morning routine with us! 😊
The first time I heard your speaking, I immediately thought how great your pronunciation was, and your usage of English was impressive. Just remember, it is the most difficult language. Thank you for your sharing. I really appreciate you!
Your English is very good - grammar, pronunciation - thumbs up! The most difficult aspect in conversation is comprehension as native speakers tend to speak very quickly. I notice you're a calm speaker, that's a draw (positive) to your UA-cam channel. So when speaking conversationally in English, I would say to focus on key words; however, it is difficult to master what the key words would be if you're not fluent in the language. There are a lot of "throw-away" words in an every day conversation, that's why listening is important, you're really trying to get to the heart of the conversation to have a more positive engagement. So that's my two cents, in a nutshell: key words and listening. You're doing great! Love your cat!
Great video Yuu! Your English is sounding great and your pronunciation is good too. I can tell your working very hard but please don’t be so hard on yourself, you are doing great! I have three cats and they are wonderful. I agree cleaning up after them is worth their companionship. Greetings from Canada and if you ever travel here my cliche recommendation for food to try is poutine 🇨🇦
Yuu answering your question I found curry in Mexico, Brazil, USA and Germany. My favorite one was from São Paulo. They have one the biggest Japanese community, outside Japan. 😊
man, your beautiful and I could understand your pronunciation even when I'm not good either! and I love when people make realistic videos about their life, it helps me to see that I doesn't need to push myself hard, we're just humans after all
Such relaxing channel. Your English is great! I live in Switzerland, but we had a very hot summer this year. Everyone had a harder summer this year. Keep on the good work! Your cat is cute and you are very talented person!
Your cat is quite adorable. I love cats they're antics are so cute and they're a joy to have around. Thank you for sharing your video it was enjoyable to watch.
I don't think that video was boring at all! Your morning routine is very healthy and calm, i like it. I would like to do the same but I'm not a early wake up person and i always go back to bed... I'm from France, and summer is hot for me here (sometimes more than 40 degrees) but Japan is so humid, it feels different! And you're right, cleanning is good for productivity and feel conformable at home. It's a nice habit 😊 you're english is good i think. i can easily understand you ! Your story in your previous video was heartbreaking, but I'm happy you seem to feel better now 😊
Very nice morning routine! Very relaxing and organized. I live in a country in the middle of the Caribbean Sea, for that reason we have summer and tropical humid weather all year round, even though, during June until September we experiment a very hot weather, also super humid, you can call it summer, we call it inferno, 😂 it tends to be a little bit uncomfortable, so we use to take several showers baths during the day. We are so used to the heat that if it rains and the temperature falls to 25°C we start to use coats, cardigan s, sweaters and that kind of clothes to protect ourselves from the "cold". 😅
Your English is very good 👍🏼 so pls don’t pit yourself down. Learning a foreign language is so tough and you done such a great job. I’m learning Japanese language, it’s so difficult 😥 but I’ll continue to learn 💪🏼
Yuu, thank you for sharing your morning routine with us. The very clear spoken English is so very good and precise ,not difficult to understand at all. I am looking forward to your video about photography equipment, however good equipment is only half the story because the gift of seeing a picture cannot be bought. It only is given to to those who can visualize the final result after hours of practice. Congratulations on a superb channel 🇬🇧✌
1:42 Hi Yuu thank you very much for this video, I learned a lot. We live in different ways, your english is perfect and summer is hot (35 degrees) in France too. I am vegan and try to avoid processed food so I am not able to suggest you a dish from my country that you will like.
In Holland we have breakfast and lunch with cheese, tomatoes, egg, jam, on brown fiber rich bread called Allinson bread. We also eat sauer German black bread. Always with black tea or coffee with or without hot milk and sugar.
I think your English is excellent, your cat is cute and your hair is cool! Have confidence Yuu. Thank you for sharing this interesting glimpse into your life in Japan. 😊
I had to laugh at packages for filming showing up constantly. My boyfriend is a cinematographer, so we constantly have filming equipment showing up to the house as well. 😂 Also, don’t be too hard on yourself about your English. It flows well and sounds relaxed and comfortable! You’ve definitely worked hard, and it shows!
15:00 From a French man that loves cuisine. The reason why curry is better the next days is because when a meal is hot, the molecules that compose the taste, the aerosol ones that make the smell which is part of the taste, those molecules escape in the air. When your curry cools down, those molecule are trapped under the surface and start accumulating. The other reason is that the vegetables and the meat release their compounds inside the sauce. Those water soluable molecules accumulate over time. Those 2 types of molecules are weak when there is too much heat and tend to disappear because of that. Usually, you can let your curry cook for 4-5h before eating it. There is a lot of meals in France that are the curry type thanks to their very similar coocking technique but those aren't named after the Indian curry. Those meals have proper names like "Poule au Pot" "Boeuf Bourguignon" and "Blanquette de Veau" and are very famous among the French gastronomy and the moms that can cook it while their children are at school and just heat it back up once it's diner time. Aahh so many good memories
I just came across your videos today by chance. They are very well made and interesting! Your English is very good. I used to teach English in Japan while I was living there. I lived in the Nagoya area. I moved from the U.S. to Japan to study the Japanese language and experience daily life in Japan. I loved it, but it's expensive, so I needed to teach many classes and ended up speaking and teaching English more than learning Japanese. Still, it was an amazing time in my life and I have truly been blessed! I love Japanese curry too! I don't like it too spicy. But I don't like it too sweet either. Now I live in Singapore, but I am traveling to Japan this autumn, specifically, Tokyo. I can't wait to get back! I enjoy Japanese food a lot, but I will pass on natto and unagi. Haha! I think if you get a dry mop, it will be easier than cleaning everything by hand. I have to say, I admire how clean you keep your house and how you take care of your equipment and your cat! I'm looking forward to seeing more of your videos! God bless!
You will have no problem communicating in an english speaking country at your present level. The way u speak n background music is soothing and calming
Your English is really good, don't put yourself down. English is hard to learn, but you are doing really well. Thank you for your wonderful videos.
I agree. Your English is better than you may think. Your vocabulary and grammar are good. I’d say you’re fluent. The pronunciation will come with practice. Thank you for your videos.
Keep on going, it is already quite good!🎉💪
Agreed!
Agree! It’s actually very good. 🌟
Not easy!
Such a good, lean body to.
I fall in love with this man. Is so cute and give me good vibes. I want someone japanese like him🥺💗
YESSIRRR
The fact that you can pronounce "pronunciation" so well is proof that your English is excellent! 🕺
Your video was not boring. Have self-confidence and I guess you show your watchers a part of their own life, and the story of your life makes this even more comparable for a lot of us😊
Thank you🙏
I live in Southern California.
You speaking in your second language is so good. More practice will help with your accent, but it's so adorable 💕
Yuu, please stop putting yourself down. You have excellent English speaking skills. Your voice is so soothing to listen to.
Travel is a great gift and also will help find some place else you might want to move to
Your videos are wonderfully cheerful and bring a sense of joy and positivity to everyone who watches them!
May we all find the happiness and peace of mind we deserve ❤
PS: Your curry looks delicious, couls you please give us your recipe? If you ever want to visit Southern Italy, remember that the vast majority of our traditional dishes is very spicy! But you can ask for a non spicy version of most things ☺
Everyone is struggling in life today. It's a matter of not expecting too much for the future. Live by the day, one day at the time.
It's humid and raining here in Manila, too.
hey! what do you mean your English isn't good? feel proud of yourself... you're awesome 🎉🎉🎉
and thanks for sharing your daily lifestyle with us 🫂🫂🫂... it's nice to know you a lil bit more 😉🫰🏻
ビデオで ありがとうございます 😁👍🏻
don't worry yuu, your english is actually very good! Me as a german, I also find it hard to pronounce certain words correctly but thats okay! I really like watching your videos since they are somehow calming, so please continue:))
Oh and my favourite traditional dish from my country is Spätzle! You should really try it if you want so visit Germany someday!
Moin. Spätzle? Something which I have never eaten in Germany. Which part? Bayern?
I am fascinated with your videos. Great job!
I also have cats at home and I agree it's a strugle to keep the house clean. Here, in Lisbon, Portugal, the summers are not very hot. We are near the Atlantic so our max is around 34. A big hug from Portugal!
Loved your video Yuu!!
I like your morning routine and the fact that you take time to play with your adorable cat 😸
In my native Country, Italy, usually for breakfast we have either a coffee, a cappuccino or a latte or tea with croissants or biscuits.
Your English is really good! Very impressive and seeing your morning routine is also pretty fascinating. 🇯🇵🇺🇸
My mum always say “clean house, clean mind”. Keep up the good work, I wish you success with your channel 😊
🌟Also, your kitten is very cute 😺 and mornings are a bit difficult for me too ☺️
Hello,
For breakfast, I often eat tea with cheese, if there is little time.
It is a cute cat thanks for sharing ur life with us many blessings from North Texas ❤
Also, i have a sweet tooth as well 😋
4. The way you document your videos.....seriously this EPIC....im not lying ok. Your English is soooo good im shocked.....better than mine. English is not my native language 😅
I want to travel the world as well...here we have spicy curry in my country....my country is famous for variety of food as Pakistan is a multi-lingual country with many cultures and languages.....do visit Pakistan.....i will be your escort if i would be there by that time....😊
You, your English is excellent and a thousand times better than my Japanese … there is something very soothing about the way you bring life to every space you inhabit… a rare quality … I look forward to seeing more of your work.
You may want a couple of plants in your home. It helps purify the air. You could put a fan in the room you are working in, to help with the heat. Then turn it off, after you finish working.
Votre petit chat est vraiment adorable . Le plat que je préfère est le riz aux châtaignes .
I find your pronunciation to be, while not perfect, well understandable and it is clear that you work really hard on it, so it sure will get even better in the future.
❤❤❤❤
Love, your friend
Joe Gabriel
1. Your cat is adorable
2. Your English is way better that you think. Trust me, I teach English for a living, so I know what I'm talking about.
3. I wish I had it difficult to gain weight. For me, the opposite is true😅😅😅
4. I really love your videos about your life and simple things in Japan. It's truly relaxing and inspiring.
Thanks for sharing a day in your life!
Your English is getting better every day. Keep strong. Thank you for sharing your life experience and showing life in Japan.
Your English is genuinely really calming to listen to. I've come to love your videos, the story and purpose, keep posting and keep up the good work
Hi Yuu! Here in the region of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, there is no 4 seasons in Malaysia but high humidity and copious rainfall. And your English sounds fluent to me! Thanks for your morning routine video 🥰
He's a lovely cat, Yuu. You must have the cleanest balcony in Japan (and possibly in the world), it's inpollute.
Thanks for the great insights. Greetings from north of Germany, where we are having rather cool summer.
You sound such a lovely guy who obviously loves his cat, cats are great and very smart.
I love how interactive you are with your cat, you have a plenty of quality time with your cat she must be happy 💗happy cato✨
You speak really well!!! Be proud and love yourself a little more.🥰
Yuu, I loved your morning routine video.
If I may, I recommend you a useful exercise.
Try it out. 😉😊
You’re English is great! I think you like staying clean because you need to maintain control. I understand.
Cool !! Ameiiii
Thank you for sharing this about your life. Your English is good. Don't worry to much. 👌😀
As a Korean American, the way you speak English is fine. We understand what you’re saying very well!! Don’t think too badly of it ❤️
Thank you for sharing your daily routine, I thought your English pronunciation was very clear, im from El Paso, Texas so our summers are really hot also so I'm looking forward to fall also
I think you English is really good and easy to understand.
About the food for breakfast, where I live is essentially bread with butter (or ham and cheese, or requeijao) and coffee (with milk for me 😅)! But depending the state or region could be different.
Thanks for sharing your morning routine with us! 😊
Yuu, you are doing fantastic with the english! Keep it going, and your videos are very cool to watch!
I think your English pronunciation is excellent. You speak I fluently and very well.
I love that you make time for your cat, it's so wholesome and I think it's a really good way to start a day :)
man, your beautiful and I could understand your pronunciation even when I'm not good either! and I love when people make realistic videos about their life, it helps me to see that I doesn't need to push myself hard, we're just humans after all
Such relaxing channel.
Your English is amazing, we can all understand what you are saying within the video. Keep up the good work.
Also, don’t be too hard on yourself about your English. It flows well and sounds relaxed and comfortable! You’ve definitely worked hard, and it shows!
PerfeyEnglish and thanks so much for sharing your daily routine❤
