I have this saved, written out and watch it frequently, I share it with everyone I care for. Thank you to the truly brilliant person and team that created this💗💓🙌🏼👍🏼👏🏼
It reminds me so much of a dachshund we rescued. She had grown up on a puppy mill and spent seven years of her life in a cage. She was sad and sick. With our love and care, she blossomed and became a wonderful, happy dog who shared her love with everyone she met. Dakota was her name, and she lived to be almost 15 years old. RIP
When I was little I came home from the pumpkin patch with my mom mom and my dad was watching football and this commercial came up. I was petrified. I couldn't sleep for weeks. It messed me up. Now that I'm older I wanted to try and actually see it again. And it still freaks me out. But now that I understand what it was representing I get it. But still.
Best commercial ever produced. Never thought a commercial could make me cry but this did. Brilliant work. GE needs to revive this one.

I had the same reaction. This is such a powerful commercial. Kudos to the writers.
Really powerful commercial. It always gave me a small lump in my throat :)
Don't know why but I got choked-up every time I saw this commercial.
I’m glad I’m not the only one.
We all did.
That is that is one brilliant ad.

Could GE have come up with a better idea than ripping off an ad for the French National Railways?
link please?
I had no idea yeah I would also love to see a link for that....
