I just got one of these and was super intimidated by it... and the videos the company provides weren't nearly as helpful as yours. thanks so much for a super helpful and to the point how to video! :)
Hi! I just bought this as I thought it is a vacuum and floor washer Should I vacuum the floors before using to pull all the dog hair out before using? I have 2 shepherds that shed everywhere
@@AD-bc2es hey!!! I used it and it worked great!!!!! I love that I can use it to clean and pick up dog hair and crumbs. I was so happy with the results on tile floor- also my throw rugs look clean!!! I give 5 stars!!!!
In the area rug mode, does it turn off the cleaning solution? I am guessing it might have, so it wouldn't clean up the egg on the rug. I checked the suction rating, it's a pretty strong one (yeah, below the expensive Dyson) so i hope this one could double as a carpet cleaner. Thanks for the nicely edited, concise review!
Good concept, but this feels like it needs some reengineering. There are way too many detachable parts exposed to dirty water, and the volume generated by the motor is just too much.
@@JustADad and its close to dead in 24 mins? We just put in new flooring on our main floor and are a bit concerned the battery wont last to even finish. Maybe corded is the way to go. Thanks for the reply.
I ordered one yesterday, should get here Saturday, i have a regular rug in my bedroom which was why i was looking for a vacuum. Rabbit holes got me to order this. Can it handle a regular rug?
Hi, I own one of these. The first time I use this I found the dry dirt stays dry, and tank filled with dirty water in it. Few days later I figured out the whole tank is wet after cleaning. Is this normal? Please reply soon. I am about to return mine. I like the machine a lot otherwise.
Nope, if you have dog/cats/people with hair, this is a TOY. Bissell plugged unit is stronger, cleans better. Having said that, you still need to vacuum beforehand. Nothing gets stuff cleaner than YOU and your microfiber mop. True story. Might be OK for someone with 600 square feet of tile of vinyl and no pets. Just a no. Mopping is actually easier.
So true!!! We bought this and I used it today. I was hoping it would save me some time cleaning the hardwood kitchen floor. We have 3 small dogs and nope! This is going back and I’ll go back to using the cordless Dyson then the steam mop!!
how would this work with dog hair? would it get clogged easy? looking for a better solution for my doggy day care. Trying to find things better than a mop and bucket for pee but obviously there is lots of hair
I just got mine today .. I haven’t added water or solution I just wanted to vacuum the carpets first but it turns off as soon as I hit the carpet button . Please help!

Ahh man. I waited so long for shark to make a mop vac.....Wish it allowed you to control the solution 😮💨
Great descriptive video. Thank you so much. Been debating about a few several vac mops and I think we will go with this shark one!
Is the battery replaceable? If not, not worth it. Plus the motor sounds cheap.
Love my shark hydro vac. Works great for short dog hair.

Nope . This thing does it all. If these a lot of dog hair just make sure to stop and clear out the hair behind the roller.

What is the difference between this and the model WD100?

We have been using ours and love it. I feel like it is a little extra work to clean it but it does a good job cleaning, Thanks for watching
Does it clean the corners and the sides of the wall?
You did an awesome job on presentation 🎉🙌🏼
Thank you so much!!
Podia traducirla al español gracias explicas muy bien pero yo hablo en español. Bendiciones
If you use it for a spill do you have to clean it all every time?
Do you HAVE to use the solution? 🤔
Anyone know where to get the solution? Or does anyone just make their own? Thx
Since youve been using this, how long does the battery usually last?
We clean our entire kitchen and bathrooms, I get about 24 minutes out of it

Interesting
Bt how does it deal with dry debris...

Will it just vacuum? Or it always on vac/mop mode?

You put that dirty thing on your counter where you prepare food😮
How did you get this free?

It has to have solution and water. It isn't meant to vacuum rugs like a regular vacuum.
❤
How long does the machine run on a full charge
I think about 25 minutes. I literally just opened mine
I wish there was a steam version I am done with chemicals!
Make your own cleaner.
Shark has a steam cleaner that you only need to put water in its tank and you cleaning with steam!
Carpet????
