Amazing! Two things- is the staging step for checking the message manually or it necessary for the workflow to work correctly? Also, I understand the address is coming from a custom field but for marketing purposes where would that address have come from? Did the contact give us that address at some point?
Hi! the staging step is not necessary but is helpful if you want to be able to review the messages before sending. In the example shown in the video the contact database includes the addresses.
