I have never had a problem with Cracker Barrel. Maybe it is because I eat there and then ask for a supervisor and always ask. Those that stay there for a week or more at a time are the people that make it more difficult for others.

My husband and I haven't been able to go to our usual places this year. We're considered elderly! So safer at home. Your videos help get us through this crazy time. Thanks💖
We are in our 70's with health issues and didn't stay home for 6 1/2 weeks from Aug. to mid Oct. Put 3800 miles on camper and over 4k on truck. Met up with friends in Black Hills, family in Montana and friends in eastern S. D. Shopped at cheese store in Wisconsin. I have driven a school bus the last 3 weeks and an still healthy.

I just purchased my 1st RV ...picking it up Feb. 25th . Planning on going out somewhere out on the horizon...early summer . Nervous 😬 yet excited 🤗
I guess the lesson to learn here on the water front is to fill up at the campground before you leave it. We carry a pretty much full tank of fresh water while on the road.

Please NEVER LEAVE your unit on the fuel island. Parking in a truck stop is as easy as a campground. 5 minutes or 20 minutes makes no difference. Truckers are at work. Thank you for being kind.

Really enjoy your channel. My husband and I have been RV-ing for a long time, but not full time. We just got back from a six-week trip covering 14 states. It was great. We are currently at our home in Mexico, so no RV for probably a couple months. But, again, keep up the good content.
Tom you do a fantastic job on these videos and Cheri please get over the nervousness you are wonderful, we all love what you both do and help so many. Because of people like you I have given up television with all of it's fakeness and enjoy the realness that you all bring. @@jaytomson7052 I am inclined to agree. I don't want to die. My biggest problem is that I feel like I already have on most days. We are considering a more permanent road life, but my younger kids are a reason to hold back. They need some normalcy to return.

Prayers you will see through the darkness. Something I've battled most of my nearly 60 years and I've learned ways for me to ward this off.
I've been waiting since about June to get out and on the road some. I've been through radiation/chemo last December into February and have isolated since December 2019 following my diagnosis. We are prepping to travel from Kentucky to Arizona and have to schedule between chemo appointments.

Hey guys - just wanted to say I have been subscribed since only when I made the decision to do this - and I'm finally there!! Today I ordered a grip of accessories to get installed on my new 5th wheel and will hopefully be on the road in the next couple weeks. Keep doing what you're doing, and hope to run in to you one of these days.
I just noticed that you stayed at Stoney Creek RV Resort.. Nice place - our family has stayed there several times over the last dozen years.. Only an hour away from our home.. They maintain a very nice atmosphere and it's good for kids too.

I don't consider Harvest Host to be free. It is a paid membership and they expect you to shop in their store and buy something, something I usually don't want. Many also have rules like not extending your awning or putting out lawn chairs. Mostly no hookups. Unless that is what you want. I just don't.

Highly recommend that you get a PrePass to handle tolls they are good in almost every state and constantly working to add more and then you don't have to stop and you can pay it at the end of the month.

We actually do not have an RV yet again still do enjoy your videos. Very nice new F450 and Momentum trailer also by the way.
Who needs full hookups. Take a generator along, like a 4500 watt Yamaha inverter and you can stop and power up anywhere.

Is there a reason you didn’t fill with fresh water before you left Indiana?
You shouldn’t go to the trouble of making a video telling people to go to Cracker Barrel overnight if you don’t want Cracker Barrel to stop their generosity. You also shouldn’t criticize a car for parking in the RV parking when you are parked all over 15 car spots where I like to park and have a quiet breakfast in the early morning during the pandemic
Regarding free wood, most campgrounds have camp hosts that clean sites between visitors. Many of them will cart away the firewood left behind to use in their own camp fire. I'll admit, I've seen it and done it.

Not sure how feasible this would be but,
Maybe you could have an app designed and available for the travelers that says where dump stations and fresh potable water stations are located. Something that people can update.
Or something along those lines.

Trip Wizard or RV Garmin works well for finding dump stations, potable water, rest areas, fueling stations (I use truck stops mostly, especially when connected). Enjoy, stay well and be safe to ALL 👍
