The hilarious thing is the comedy in this skit at the time was that “people don’t book a call, they just call.” These days, people don’t just call (some people think it’s rude!), they book a call.
Just when I thought I'd seen all of their sketches, another comes along and I end up loving it! This one esp is so excellent, so clever and so totally hilarious! They could not have pulled this one off any better if they tried! Best comedy troupe EVER!!!!:)

This was the first KITH sketch I ever saw, randomly playing at a video store in Austin, I've loved the show ever since :)

Ironically enough, Dave actually DID hook up with another man’s woman. She ended up becoming his first wife.

at 03:11 you can just for a moment see the fingers of the guy shaking the telephone's chord to make it move.

I love how the neighbor was bothered by the ringing phone and not the helicopter hovering obviously near the ground outside.

It was actually 28 rings not 42.
