Bow and gun season were mild this year in Central NY. I bowhunted most the season with bibs and a hoody. Normally the rut is blizzard like conditions some yrs lol. Love the content

My wife and I eat deer all the time. I'm in Georgia so we have a lot of tags every year. I try to shoot 2 to 3 deer a year. We have jerk, roast, extra all year. It's better the the junk at the stores. You just can't tell what's in it. Also [ and I have looked] no expiration date found.

Congratulations on your deer. But I must say if you got to go truly Woods and up and down little Hills like you're doing you should find a different spot to hunt the furthest I go in the woods is 100 yards no Hills no streams and I shoot deer quite a few times I could see my vehicle from where I'm hunting and again and again I shoot deer not every year but I see deer every year
