I just occurred to me when you said "He doesn't have a buddy" that this is what you were referring to before. You'd mentioned you want to get Kep a buddy but a vague 'something' was coming up that made you wait. It was the surgery.
I can't help but find Stephen's exhaustion in all of this rather amusing. My spouse had to get a colonoscopy, which meant an entire day of 100% liquid diet, while taking two weeks worth of miralax in a single day. We had to prepare a lot of broth, a lot of jello, a lot of juice. And I had to figure out food for me to eat as well. I wanted to take as much of a load off of my spouse's responsibilities - that caretaker stress is real. You want to do everything you can to help them, and make things as easy as you can for their ordeal. It's truly a labor of love. And I can see it every time you talk about your plan to help Mal through this. Now if you excuse me, I'm going to go snuggle my spouse some more.
_Wow_ what a nice place you got yourselves in Atlanta for that week! 😍 It's nice watching this now knowing how well it went, because even if your stress and anxiety is tangible-it doesn't last much longer after this. Once again, I'm so glad Mal's surgery went as successfully as it did and that she's recovering as well as she is, too! ❤
Oooh its the one place I've visited in America! Went to Atlanta in October 2019 for the Petit Le Mans motor race, only time I've been able to visit America but it was a lovely time. ^_^ funnily enough the Airbnb we stayed in was also really lush and comfy!
Mal's surgery was the day before my birthday.. I'm glad to hear the update on her situation! It did get me a bit when you mentioned keppy doesn't have a buddy I was watching since twilight Princess, and I was in tears.
I figured it would be stressful but, not like this. You really didn't show it very much during the streams, but I understand why; and We appreciate every effort you make. We all love you guys, and it's nice to at least know you're back home now, since these are being released. I hope the stress continues to fade as time goes by. (:
Stay calm you two and mal you did awesome on your surgery and I hope your recovering well grandma and remember to always stay positive safe and strong and be the hero’s of your stories you guys
I hope that this isn't too facetious, but that creek behind the air BNB is good practice for jumping over the one back at your house. I hope things are going well for you two after the surgery!
Oh man! When you said you were going a different way to get to Atlanta I was wondering if you went through Greenville, that's where I live!! Moved here in February and I gotta say the fall here has been very pretty. Best season yet!
at around the end you said "October was a month" and i agree October was a stressful month for me as well and it doesn't help that the first week of November was crazy for me too hopefully we're back to the regular grind at this point
I have a new favourite pizza restaurant here in Sheffield which sets out a pizza cutter by everyone's place along with the serviette and other cutlery - that's a sign of quality for you right there.
"Driving through Atlanta is literal hell"... Ah yes; Spaghetti Junction... Everyone should experience this at least once in their life as a true test of courage.
I must be a strange person then. When I got out of surgery, which was on my throat, they said it’d take a week or two before I could really handle solid foods but I was doctor approved for solid foods in like 7 hours. So I’m either super fast at healing, or someone was telling me the wrong info.
you said “octobers been a month” and oh boy i agree, lost my grandfather to covid, my uncle, and my brothers and parents all battled covid. october was a month…
After recently cooking a frozen Dijorno pizza and not having a pizza cutter I learned that a butterknife is surprisingly good at cutting a fresh pizza. Of course it's not as good as a utensil specifically made for doing so, but I was impressed at how little extra effort it required.
See I find this very interesting because I was in downtown Atlanta for a week back in September and I didn’t think the traffic/roads were that bad. I guess to be fair, I also used the MARTA trains to help get around. If you’re ever in Atlanta use MARTA to get out of the airport to get to downtown! Super quick and convenient. (Not a sponsor lol)
As an Italian American from New York I've seen a million verities of pizza ranging from inedible garbage to "I want this as my final year" and one thing is always certain when it comes to America, the food can always get worse lol.
Not trying to be funny, but I find it slightly funny when Stephen says“Well let’s cook up some Salmon-“ in a pretty deep, yet familiar radio host voice.
Atlanta is terrible. As someone who’s driven through it a fair amount I know how stressful it can be. It’s one of the worst cities to drive through in the US in my opinikn

yea....
Huh. I'm a Patron and I didn't even put two and two together on that, and I've had longer to do so.
I thought he'd been more explicit about it in the Patreon videos, but I might have imagined it.
@@circlenowsquared I could also have been misremembering
@@circlenowsquared he was more explicit on patreon, he only just told everybody else recently
"Maps doesn't drive you into a lake anymore." It does to Michael Scott.

I can best describe driving in Atlanta as follows:
Dallas traffic, but half the lanes, so it's even worse.
What I expected: emotions about upcoming surgery, being in an unfamiliar place, hope of a pain free life
What I got: Atlanta driving callout post
Lived in ATL for 5 years, and I do NOT miss the traffic! I felt your pain to my very core. Best wishes on the recovery.
At 6:14 what a lovely view. Looks like you had a birds eye view of a tornado siren as well! Hope Mal feels better soon!
Aww Keppy needs a buddy
Man, that is a good place that you stayed in!! I already know that things turned out great, but good luck with the recovery! :D
Keppy at the beginning is just adorable because he loves our Twitch Grandparents
Listening to the talk of Atlanta traffic is making me appreciate Lincoln traffic more. There's a reason they call it the biggest small town.
Mal's surgery was the day before my birthday.. I'm glad to hear the update on her situation! It did get me a bit when you mentioned keppy doesn't have a buddy I was watching since twilight Princess, and I was in tears.
30 seconds in and im already crying when stephen said "he doesn't have a buddy" :,( I hope Mal is recovering well from the surgery!

The Airbnb looked really pretty. ❤️
That's actually a nice little stream. Super clear, good view of the ripple marks on the bottom, and an appropriate ecosystem surrounding it.
I wish I had a stream like that
Love Georgia with all my heart, happy to have grown up here - but Lord do I despise Atlanta and it’s traffic!
Lived in Atlanta for 7 years...traffic is literal hell 23 hours a day. That 1 hour you occasionally luck out is random.
I joined Patreon but I'm so awkward on Discord since I'm newww but I've been a viewer for like 8 years or so its super good energy over there!
It always amazes me when people talk about Atlanta traffic.
I guess since I’m born and raised here, I don’t notice it🤷🏾♂️
I hope that this isn't too facetious, but that creek behind the air BNB is good practice for jumping over the one back at your house.

you arrived to the land where the playas play and they ride on them thangs like every day!
The air bnb looks really nice and mal had her surgery on my birthday hope everything worked out

“Poor Keppo Heppo.”
Was I the only one who thought that was Stephen’s mom’s voice and not Mal’s?

Only been to the airport once on the way to Florida, long ago. That's it.
I'd just like to note that the opening caption in this blog is 'Oh hey bud poor catboy hippo'.
After recently cooking a frozen Dijorno pizza and not having a pizza cutter I learned that a butterknife is surprisingly good at cutting a fresh pizza. Of course it's not as good as a utensil specifically made for doing so, but I was impressed at how little extra effort it required.
I hope that u show us u making those frozen foods and knowing ur opinions on them

Shopping! That means new games.
Watching the American frozen pizzas as an Italian is always... an experience LOL
America: How much can we bastardize (insert foodstuff)?
As an Italian American from New York I've seen a million verities of pizza ranging from inedible garbage to "I want this as my final year" and one thing is always certain when it comes to America, the food can always get worse lol.
But did the air bnb have a cheese hammer?
Not trying to be funny, but I find it slightly funny when Stephen says“Well let’s cook up some Salmon-“ in a pretty deep, yet familiar radio host voice.
Glad the Airbnb was nice! But no pizza cutter is a crime 🤬
ahhh city driving... lovely innit :grimace:
Could set up a cams in your home and watch him to where you put them. *___*
Driving through Atlanta is BAD. The best time to do it is at 4am. 👍
Man, that beginning was a huge kick in the gut. I wonder if Kepler misses Sagan
Beforehand, he looked around trying to find him, I'm guessing yes.
I havent been keeping up, been working, where is Sagan?
He passed away in February 2020 😢
Look up 2.20.20 the title is called “Sagan”
