How to make tulle pom poms

Ok so I followed what you did and my pieces started falling when I started cutting. Not sure what happened. Now I have tulle that is wasted unfortunately

Did you tie it off? That is very important. That is what holds everything together.

Also, you're tulle is not wasted. You can just pile it up and tie a string around the center. Then, fluff it out into a ball. Trim as needed.

Classy Cheapskate no. Once I started noticing it was falling off, I stopped so I only have a small amount. I did bundle that together and tie it, but it was not enough to make it full.
