Hey, guys! I hope you all are having a great week 😊I thought Kabuki, especially at night, would deserve a revisit with Ray Tracing Overdrive mode. This time, I really wanted to make sure to have a complete tour of this awesome district and planned to visit pretty much every street and corner. The lighting mod used here is NCLM (no reshade), and textures are improved with the HD Reworked Texture Project mod. Frame Generation is turned off and DLSS is set to Performance. Can we get a walking in the rain multi-labeled segmented rainy walk video of all the important landmarks and areas of Horizon Zero Dawn while they are raining? We want to see more labeled segmented Horizon Zero Dawn walks.
Ummm. I guess I gotta tell my age also. We must be in the same demo"graphic" as I still look at these games and say to myself 'Look how far Pong has come". Its amazing: from Apple II, the first IBM PC, Id software's Doom shareware, Duke Nukem and all of the other games and graphic revolutions that at that time was amazing. If I remember correctly, the id games, ran at 320 x 200 and if you got a consistent 25 fps you were super-computing. Now we see ray-tracing at 8K at over 100 fps. Its crazy how times have changed so much. "WE" understand and know what Moore's law was about because we saw the evolution of it all. Next year will be another paradigm shift in graphics computing power as Nvidia will be releasing its 5000 series. Nvidia the company that came close to not making it is a +3 TRILLION DOLLAR COMPANY. Think. What if Id software didn't need a graphics card accelerator when they were making top tier games. Would Nvidia be the company it is today??
I didn't rush through it. I would often make a point of stopping and admiring the skill needed to construct something in so much detail, otherwise aren't you barely experiencing the actual world?
I was randomly walking and saw a guy beating up another guy. Which is normal. I left the scene came back and the guy who was winning (whilst the other lay on the floor) before, was dead with the previous victim stood over him smoking. I want to see the full fight.
Think about it: every detail, every object, every texture had to be created by someone. Now, give all of that light, movement, and “life.” Add to that the programming logic to give AI to the entities in the world. And that’s just part of the job of making a game like Cyberpunk.
You can’t help but admire the detail & atmosphere in cyberpunk its the only game that had me take 30+ screenshots & find myself just casually walking around the districts
legit one of the only reasons i want to hit the lottery is so i can get a top of the line rig and play this game on overdrive. night city is one of the most beautifully crafted cities in a videogame, and i wanna wander it endlessly with path tracing on
I feel the EXACT same way, I went to a PC builder and built a PC capable of running this game at max settings and the builder I was at priced it at $4200. That’s an INVESTMENT but I’m seriously considering doing like monthly payments on it or something, cuz videos like this make me feel like it’s worth it. Like you said, night city is one of the best and most immersive cities in a video game, playing it on PS5 just doesn’t hit the same after watching something like this 😂
@@dylanhumphrey2479 yeah it's def an investment, but a lot of prebuilt sites do offer payment plans thru services like affirm, Klara, paypal credit, etc. i would say that's a huge positive for prebuilts, since buying all the components to build it yourself won't always allow you to consolidate everything to a single line of credit. a couple years ago i bought a prebuilt and paid with affirm and really i had no regrets since it allowed me to go wild playing games i otherwise never had any hope of playing. the payments weren't too bad either, it was only about $110/month (tho that number will vary wildly, especially if you get a rig with a 4090 like im considering right now lol). all in all I'd definitely recommend it, especially if you're not able to get every component on a single line of credit

This and the rest of the Cyber Punk series on the channel is giving me everything I could ever want in a "walk around"! 😍 I"ve never even played this game, but to play your videos in the background while I work is just great. I enjoy all of your other videos as well but this series has that "living" environment charm that comes with the bustle of people and city sounds. Then, there is also something cool to look at (well, gritty underbelly kind of cool) when I look up from my work. 😄 Thanks for all your hard work!👏👏
It was cool hearing one of the sound tracks from the game on the series on Netflix. I used this video as background noise so I could feel like I was playing the game while at work analyzing data
Imagine walking down the streets of the big city and seeing all of this on each side of you it is very nice to a certain extent but you have to watch ehere you go and not go, you will meet a lot of interesting characters as you continue your walk a lot of them good a lot of them bad and the rest are well characters let's put it that way, but if you want to have good night walk this is definitely the city to walk around but make sure you always have a couple of guns on you just in case have a wonderful night and Thanks. 🎵🎶🎼🎼🎶🎵🎸🎸🎹🥁🎆🕸️⚫

Hi DayDream. I'm very happy for you to see that your channel goes very well with lots of subscribers. Congratulations! You deserve it. This video is excellent, I love it. There are so many details to see, very well done! 🤩😍
You know if Cd Project Red sweated the small stuff like better a.i, better traffic, more involved NPC interaction, and many more things for your character to actually interact with etc, night city could be a real contender against GTA (imo). I love night city. I love walking night city, it's so beautiful and it feels like there's danger around every corner. Oh, amazing video btw x
I remember playing this game just when it came out. It was OK. Strange ! I do not remember it looking this pretty. I must reinstall it and try it again.
Idk what it is but Kabuki is my favorite area of the game. I think its the verticality and sheer level of detail. None of the other districts in the game come close to how alive this area feels

This is so fascinating and beautiful. It looks so life like. Is this supposed to be Tokyo, Japan? If so, is it somewhat authentic? You could literally get lost exploring this game as you would in real life. Is this game on PlayStation or Xbox?
UA-cam auto-played this from my Liked videos as I was playing Cyberpunk myself. So I heard double audio and I spent an hour trying to figure out what was wrong, thinking it must have been a game bug. I feel so stupid! 😭
So sad that such a beauty in design and, therefore, the consequent effort to deliver it are inversely proportional to the effort they put in terms of interaction with the environment. There has not been another game recently with the chance CP2077 had, because of its very concept, to break ground and start a new generation in the open world gaming experience. It's not that I expected to have what I hoped. I assumed they would probably stick to a mundane outcome. But it didn't even get there because of their laziness and complacency with knowing it would land them loads of profits anyway (which, again, I understand but doesn't make it more excusable). In the end it's just a very good looking but almost empty game.
Bro, this game is good primarily because of its plot, and the city is only a background that enhances the perception of the plot and the realism of the ongoing plot events, so you shouldn't think of this game as Fallout 4 or Skyrim.
I think positive consensus surrounding the game comes from the fact the fanbase seems young. as a first pseudo RPG with immersive elements I guess it's pretty decent. but yeah, nothing about it feels "next gen".
I got RTX 3080 and max settings I can go with to achieve smooth 60 fps is 4k DLSS Balanced, high settings & only the first raytracing option (without reflections). I need your PC bro. I'd love to play this game with Path Tracing and everything maxed out! BTW I have a question: How do you record your videos? Nvidia Capture? OBS? A capture card? The recordings are very smooth and high-quality!
It’s all about frame time. For me, I use Black Magic Video Assist pro res recorder and set my output on PC to 59.94 fps. I then set my Riva Tuna limiter to the exact same. I leave Nvidia VSYNC on and set VSYNC off in game. This makes the frame time graph perfectly smooth and you get that silky smooth pans, makes me kill counts extra smooth. 👌
Real question, how do you get it so smooth. Even when I hold right click on the mouse and walk around my image is still rougher and less smooth than your pans. How do you achieve this?

I still have the 1st home console from the 1970s. It blows my mind how far gaming has come. Thx for the stroll around town for a tour!😊

The amount of detail is amazing. You usually don't notice this when you're rushing from one quest to another.
For me, the opposite is the case. I always need much more time than necessary for questing, since I stop every few meters and look at all the details.
I didn't rush through it. I would often make a point of stopping and admiring the skill needed to construct something in so much detail, otherwise aren't you barely experiencing the actual world?
