    Lovely. I especially like the flame effects on the torches. Faces are cool too. What paints do you use for faces ?

    fabulous painting! I'm sitting here in England painting Austrians right now! I love the red effects - can you run through what you used for the red again please, and what wash?

      Thanks Gary. The reds are from Scale75 - Deep Red, Blood Red, and Antares Red. The wash I use is a discontinued one called Sewer Water from Secret Weapon - I guess you could describe it as a kind of Umber wash.

    whats interesting is im a napoleonic war nerd and i knkw that the blue pants grenadiers are actually hungarian

      Yes indeed. It seems to have been a distinctive of the Hungarian regiments.
