Foam claws or cosplayflexx claws are pretty easy. Made a bunch years ago for my Nocturne cosplay, you could use a shield-shaped pattern for the elongated part. Thinner foam will even roll itself up.
What was that first coat you put on before painting them red? The 1st black coat. Was that like a primer or something to keep the foam from absorbing the paint? I’m about to finish mine and I need to know what to do before painting them😭
