Hey a few corrections: The stone bonuses gets 1/3 of effect in PvP EXCEPT block and max life rolls. So a 36% reduction in continual damage is actually only 12% in PvP. As for block, it doesn’t negate damage completely. Blocked halfs enemy damage non crit damage.
sadly once the stat screen started showing updated values in pvp we found out that block chance from reforge bonuses IS getting the strife debuff after all. certain other sources do not get nerfed such as the warband room 5%. The main attribute of leg gems are reduced but attributes that are unlocked as secondary effects are NOT nerfed. values from set bonuses and legendary takes are not strife nerfed. for example, the cooldown reduction from an item magical attribute gets nerfed but the CDR from bottled hope (which is a secondary gem effect) is not nerfed in pvp.
Armor+armor pen stats don’t compare directly with the stats of enemy players. It compares and scales with the combat rating of players. Therefore, always get ur gear up2date (at least at average). Regarding gear, go for max slots to boost dmg + life. Especially for f2p and lowspenders to max out the leaderboard points cap. for family bonus, I prefer +1.5% player dmg bonus on every item + going for max crit chance to compensate Wiz’s low single target dmg. Finishing always top10 at the end of cycles as very low spender :)
more than anything else it's about strategy. the first thing i do whenever i enter the arena is know who my team mates are. i'm a necro and i can swing from support to DPS depending on who i am with. if i have DH or wiz team mates, i pair up with them and make sure to throw all the cc's to make sure they get the kills. i play defensively most of the time. if they missed the kill, then that's the time i get it. it's all about team work. also READ AND ANALYSE THE MAP. most of the bad games i was at were players focused on kills and not on the overall objective of the game. if on the defenders side, push out the attackers. do not let an idol go nearer the walls protecting the heart. always check the map which idol is getting closer then go there full force. keep killing and pushing awsy until the timer ends or reach 65 kills. if on the attackers side, focus on one side -- the idol closest to the heart wall. it's useless to work on both at the same time. it rarely gets balanced. and for both, ALWAYS STEP ON THE IDOLS. my bad games had members that don't because they are focused on the kills. it's always push, step, dive in advance. i finished top 10 last season. i'm a low spender. wings don't matter with good strategy.
Please talk about the skill stone issue. The new system cant let u destroy lv5 upgraded charms. Instead forcing players to imbue which is costy in general or lose of plats. In case I craft a charm useless and no one buys it basically Im loosing 500plats just like that. This is absurd.
Even though it may cost you 500 plat to extract a junk charm, you should be able to sell it at the market for an easy profit. Selling cheap for say 946 plat minus the 15% tax still nets you about 300 plat profit
@Ishtiaque putting it 500 is a loss. Should factor in adding at a minimum the 15% tax to break even. I've had mine on the market for a few rotations sometimes but eventually someone will buy it. Just keep it in the market.

Yes, I missed talking about the damage and life. Kept the focus on secondary attributes and family bonus to reduce incoming damage on us.

Could you talk about the strife debuff in pvp? I found that the 6 piece grace or gloom set help in pvp.
What about classes? It s a class better for f2p ?

You can extract a level 5 charm and sell it on the market. Is your server market prices really bad for selling them?
