That base in chagauramas at 30:00 used to be a community where my ancestors lived. But the U.S came and kicked them out, so they had to move to the mountainous side of chagauramas which is Carenage.

Very well produced historical documentary ,Charles and all those involved in this film. I am an oilfield person myself having grown up as a child and teenager living life in the Then Texaco compounds of both Forest Reserve and Pointe a Pierre. I also know some of the great grandchildren of those pioneers as well today. Derwents, Stollmyers, and others Dr Ken Julien of the UWI ......etc. Every body knows almost everyone in Trinidad at least .. Proud .

Your cover graphic misspelled the word “Caribbean”, so it’s hard to have confidence in the research quality of the rest of the video.

Another awesome tale of fiction. There is no such thing as millions of years. This was an invention of the 1800's when men refused to accept the historical accounts of creation and the Global Flood of Noah's days. Only 4,500 years ago and produced thousands of feet of sedimentary deposits and the compost of every living thing dying. Genesis is history! Genesis 2 verse 4.

The idea that there were enough "fossils" and algae to produce endless billions of barrels of oil is utterly ridiculous. The earth is constantly producing petroleum in veins in many places. Billions of barrels.
