    Free Motocross Workout Program:
So I created a motocross fitness program that will make sure you're able to run a full race without getting tired. The best part is that it's totally free!
Included in what you can download (for free) is this:
2 Programs. An amateur racer program, for those looking to take it a little more seriously and a weekend warrior program. The Weekend Warrior program is for the average Joe just looking to increase his/her fitness.
Additionally there is a nutrition book called The Food Factor. It includes everything you need to know about food and what to eat/when to eat it, race day information and a bunch of other stuff.
And if I needed to keep going there is a bunch of other resources like guides to help you out.
To get it, just head over to my website

I just put some on my bike. The clips where you show how the puck hits the boot is very helpful.

I'm 37 and I altered my training away from bodybuilding style training to a program from fit4racing which is a hybrid of crossfit with a focus on specific areas for enduro riding. The other things I did was to tweak the angle of my throttle tube to be closer to 0 degrees versus angled forward and worked on my body positioning to always put my weight at the front of the bike when accelerating hard. No more arm pump, even when riding rocky boulders up a creek for a mile. I think a lot of it was being fit enough to maintain the right body positioning.

That is what causes his arm pump. Im too a big fuck and it sucks. Are muscle cuts off blood flow in the arms and not just the arms but chest as well

Well I can see y you get arm pump and it’s the same reason I do. We are big mother fuckers with big arms. Are muscles cut off the blood flow but I’m not going to stop lifting to be able to ride better. I have cut back in the gym a little bit and went from 20 inch arms down to little over 18” arms and it has helped. It sucks because I’m a good rider but get held back from arm pump as well. Only thing that helps is seat time.

Read my post. What I do will help you.
I don't measure my arms lol, but, 6/2" and around 90 kilo. Extremely unfit ATM though.

Stop lifting iron and start cardio 👍

Hahaha! Cardio isn't the issue my friend. Riding above your level and not relaxing on the bike (along with not using your legs enough) is the issue. I can ride a 45 minute moto with no issue whatsoever. Its when I ride tensed up (like all riders) that the grip tightens and the muscle tissue cannot flush quickly enough to get the old blood out. All riders with small, fat, muscled and skinny arms alike get arm pump. It's a technique issue more so than predominantly aerobic issue.

Do you know what the best cardio workout on the planet actually is?
      Sex.
Bonus. Every time you have sex, it adds 3 days onto the end of your life. Or so they said on the TV show "The Dr's". At the very least, It might help to get the Mrs to fully participate in your cardio training program if she thinks she'll live longer and be healthier.
Relationships are all about compromise IMO. So, I compromised with the Mrs, and we only do it every 2nd night
If it was more than a 30 second workout, I'd be super fit by now LOL (Joking)

@@fit4moto My original reply will 100%, cure your arm pump. Sounds crazy, but give it a go. No grip glue or wire.

I don't get arm pump, at all, haven't for years.
Free Tip: I don't glue or wire my grips. If you hang on too tight, the grips heat up, become soft, and will slide off, or just slide on the bars, and you'll have no throttle.. So, you have a tight grip, you'll just get hurt. Loose grip, you'll be fine and won't even notice the grips aren't glued/wired on. Consequences are a good thing. You won't remember to use a loose grip for an entire ride. But, if you forget the consequences of having a tight grip, It's easy to make it into a new habit.
Twisted Engineering Carbon Composite bars, 3x flex, don't hurt either.
