It is well. Please avoid salt red meat oil and too much solid food. Cabbage carrot green and red pepper garlic lemon and ginger cauliflower they are very good vegetables for kidney.

I had severe blood pressure during COVID 19 season.
My BP was reading 270/150
Not knowing when my pressure is too high it put burden on the kidneys.
So I had kidney infections
I did kidney function test and the results was terrible.
I keep going to the renal clinic from time to time.
I am getting better now.
Now I am very careful with what I eat.
I didn't get to her stage but I know she went through a lot.
