Do you use the same brush for spit shading (just wash out the black)? I’m experimenting with colour designs atm and was thinking of trying out water colour for trad designs! Cheers
I have one brush in my mouth to keep it moist. This one is used to fade out the black. Then I have another brush which i use to apply the ink. I have a spitshading video showing how it's done. Hope it helps!
You have to agree among yourself how to set it up. But often two paintings are made. I get to keep the painting Adrian started on and he keeps this one.

What color are you using for the skin color tone bro??
I can't really tell you as I've mixed it myself but didn't write down the formula. I have a plan on trying to recreate it on a video in the future.
