The one with p.o.s or c.o.s is achiral as one of the Cl is wedge(above the plane) and another one is dash(below the plane) it is chiral
It's chiral coZ 1 chlorine is in front and another is at back

sir, in case of allene ,how can Cl atoms lie above and below the plane? The carbon atom is sp2 hybridised and so they must lie in the plane. Pls clarify

double bond hai bhai, agr "COS"(the one that u assume to be) se ek line khichega which is from double bonded C se connected "H" aur uske totally opposite side pe jo C(attached with the ring) se connected "H" hai toh the distance between the "H" connected to double bonded C and COS and the distance between the diagonally opposite H connected to C and COS will not be the same, which is defying the definition of COS, isilye there is no COS
