I was on the ENI corral platform Block MC- 365 that night.. Working night shift... We had a boat that we were using as a sleeper / flotel... Our day crew was on board... The platform received a call about a drilling rig in distress and on fire... They asked if our boat had water cannons.. It did... The boat went to the location of the deepwater horizon and began spraying water...
Mike Williams says its about 70% accurate, but I'd say its 50% after knowing that Mike did not push Andrea off the platform. She jumped in a life raft and fell out. Then the boat came and pulled her up from the water.
I spoke to Tony one on one before. No one believes me but he himself didnt make any decision based on profits and wss extremely sorry. I believe it haunts him to this day.
A tragic disaster on every level. Did members of the crew make illicit drug references in the Transocean workplace safety video, which might be lost in translation when reviewed by the Swiss company management? If so, could illicit drug activity on the rig have led to a variety of operational compromises on 4/20, the day of the blowout disaster? Further, were the reporters aware of the potential illicit drug references in the safety video, and if they were why didn't they report it when it could have been a contributing factor in the disaster, and thus also a potential crime? Technically, the Deepwater Horizon was a floating vessel. Could BUI-D, operating heavy machinery and/or operating the rig under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol have also been a contributing factor in the destruction of the annular which was reported in the eye-witness testimony of Mr. Michael Williams? If so, could new oil rig industry policy address these inherent safety compromises?
Wtf are you talking about illicit drug references? Lol. Are you just assuming because it's a "hip-hop style video" they might've referenced drugs, and IF that were the case, maybe they were all doing drugs, and then somehow that caused BP to use lower quality cement, forego several pressure tests, etc, and caused the BOP manufacturer to miswire the solenoids causing the batteries to drain, etc? I can virtually guarantee nobody on this rig was doing drugs. The offshore oil industry is EXTREMELY safety oriented, with weekly random drug screens on most rigs (where several workers are chosen at random each week), hair follicle testing for pre-employment, etc. Stop trying to blame everything on drugs, boomer. Lol.
Did any Deepwater Horizon employees, including those who may have made reference to illicit drug activity in the safety video, have ties to organized crime, criminal drug organizations or narco-terrorist networks? Irrespective of the outcome would a counter-terrorism, employee security leak and cyber security review be beneficial to consider? Would it be beneficial to consider exhuming the Deepwater Horizon or moving it to shallower waters to enable diver access, and to complete a full LIDAR scan? Is it anomalous that Mr. Michael Williams experienced two door breaching explosions at the moment that he attempted to engage the latches of two separate firedoors?

I just saw the movie, and I had to find out more. I can't believe how accurate it was
Holly Williams my uncle actually knew four of the eleven that died

@@nostric4237 I mean you have to change something to build tension in a movie
Me Yoo
Doesn't matter how many safety meetings you have if the safety mechanism is miswired. They were doomed from the start.
i cried. just watch the movie. i wish no one died 😢

They're saying that THEY WISH NO ONE DIED, and you didn't have to call them stupid
