    Thank you so much.
    About the Matching Rule you have covered, you used ratios and looking at a table for number of intersections of two lines
    I use another method by comparing
    slope and intersept of two lines
    There are four cases, two can be summarised into one (three cases)
    1: equal slopes and equal intercepts:
    two lines are the same so answer is infinite solutions
    2: equal slopes diffrent intercepts:
    Two lines are parallel. answer is no solution (zero solutions)
    3: non equal slopes (just slopes)
    No matter what two lines will intersect at one point. Anwer is one solution

      Y-intercepts / x- intercepts / both are used for comparison?

      @@_maggiejoseph only y because we're talking abt y=mx + c (c is the y intercept)

    I have one Question, Im enamored by your channel, I wish iI could take your class but i cant, but this is what ive learned from you:
    1 master 25 topics
    2 recognize question patterns
    3 practice exams
    Im on step one, and what I do to master the topics is watch a couple of your videos on the topic and practice problems on ixl, but Im having a hard time finding some of the videos that correlate to some topics ex: advanced algebra techniques, could you help?

    Hello John! How do I know if a function had infinite number of roots or infinite number of intersections?

    • @JohnSAT
      @JohnSAT  11 місяців тому

      If the two lines are identical = Two lines have infinite number of intersections
      *check the matching rule taught here : ua-cam.com/video/yYeIFsby4tQ/v-deo.htmlsi=HJ0QQRaDtVNsbluw&t=212
      If a line is horizontal at y=0 = infinite number of roots (x-intercepts)

      I'm not sure if this is a troll but it obviously is unless it's like a top 30 school, where it's considered average. If you have decent extracurriculars and GPA you should be good 👍.

    John
    There is something you talked about on your tiktok video
    You said if we are using Khan academy
    We are wasting our time
    Explain more about it

    • @finn_1550
      @finn_1550 Рік тому +1

      From what I remember he mentioned it was a waste of time as we weren’t focusing on the concepts of the sections like for example if your focusing on quadratic related questions you should focus more on the concept and then you could do Khan Academy.
      Idk but take my response with a grain of salt.
      Good luck
