I can’t believe this is how your teaching goalies to defend wrap arounds! The skate seals the post stay on your feet lead with your stick. You telling this kid to put his pad inside the net is inviting pucks to get banked in however you said it would have pucks bounce outward which is just not true.
Even in 2020 this is a great guide for all the variations. He knows exactly what's hes doing, and sounds like it. Great guide and good information. 😁

I like both VHs. one allows me to move quicker, its god for infant passes (VH, and the other one is good for bad angle shots (reverse VH)
