Most probably, towel should b least wet so that it causes steam formation after getting heated

I really don't know is that the proper method to do hair spa at home or not. But this video proves that no matter what the content is... The way of delivery can make it terrible. So mechanical or say machine voice...it was annoying.
it does not create proper heating temperatue for hairs.
No need to go to salon if you have your own steaming cap and hair dryer...unless you want a new hair cut
