I agree with the outcome of the fight, but if I were to offer some constructive criticism, this is some pretty bad mischaracterization. Ruby wouldn't call someone who hadn't done anything a freak. She'd try to negotiate once Peter extended an olive branch because neither one of them are the type to fight at a moment's notice. Ruby was acting alot like Volume 1 Yang.
Also there's no way she'd beat most of Peter's rogues gallery, some of them have powers that require Peter to use smarts rather than punching away.
A scenario where I can see them fighting is if Ruby for whatever reason thought Spider-Man was in league with Torchwick and decided to apprehend him.
