I hate mowing the lawn since my eczema flares like crazy and all I can feel while moving around is the urge to rip my skin in to pieces. Got through it by applying enough medicine and oil on my skin (Plus long sleeve clothing) to protect myself. After finishing that shower I took 4 shots of rum and made a fruit salad bowl.

@@TheProblem2025 When I'm swimming the cool feeling of the water removes the urge to scratch but I still wash the chlorine afterwards. Sweating while having eczema just sucks to be honest cause I'm in pain and agony throughout that time period cause I'm forcing myself not to scratch.

I will say, there is some difference between extroverts and introverts, but people conflate it with being shy, awkward or lonely. I'm pretty shy, but very much an extrovert. I need a lot of social stimulation to recharge my batteries, and a weekend alone does very little for me to recharge compared to a weekend spent with friends.
Meanwhile I have friends who are just drained from being social, but are social butterflies.
It isn't a matter of not needing and not liking social interaction, it's just about social energy, and most people do t fall into either extreme, and just need a mix of social and alone time, regardless of their social anxiety

ok so i literally have all the symptoms vaush has from adhd to rear nasal drip. just getting an allergen air filter for my room suppressed the symtoms a ton. eventually put that type of fhilter in my central HVAC system but that's more expensive. also i take adderall and psudophed with no consequence but my dose is small, 5mg for both, and i know it mixes different in different people. I will say psudophed is the goat for that rear sinus drip and inflammation. the 5mg you can get anywhere work good as preventative maintenance but they make big 200mg doses ... acquiring the big pills varies in difficulty (i don't take aderall if i'm having to take the 200 mg pill)

Your ozempic takes seem weird. Exercise is a separate issue than eating and weight loss. People who don't take ozempic aren't any more likely to exercise. If anything, they're less likely. Obese people with no energy aren't motivated to exercise.
Really you have to realize that over 97 percent of weight loss attempts fail. It is not just wine moms who tried keto for 3 months. Weight loss medications are the future of treating weight loss as the chronic disease it is. You wouldn't tell people they need to exercise and eat less before giving them cholesterol medication.
Vaush says that you should first try to lose weight by managing your diet as well as exercising before going straight to medication to lose weight.

Yeah Vaush has a point about the "introverts and loners." For people who supposedly just want to be left alone they spend a crap ton of time on various social sites, the key word there being SOCIAL.. @@lanoiarnold Yeah chatting like this is easy. I can do so from the comfort of my house, I don't have to fake smile or look out for any social ques. I don't have to worry about if I'm coming on too strong because if I am people can just block or mute me. There are expectations for behavior for real life interactions while online interaction is a million times easier.
If other people wanna be social in person power to them I wish them well. My preference is to not do that and since I'm not hurting anyone I don't appreciate when others try to shame me for it.
