I’m not anywhere near high school age, but I find this story so compelling and healing. I love the representation, friendship, and honesty. I love the real struggles of all the characters, whether it be with other students, their families, their teachers, or themselves. I wish my high school experience was more like this.

How this Series takes me back to childhood crushes of several of my straight male friends and yes even the girls who crushed on me, Not knowing what any of it meant, Mom being a hell fire minister. And, my male friends showing things like Publix hair in our club house. The English class popular boys and girls going over to each other's class to do grown up stuff. I played late that day on purpose. Having missed what I really wanted to see, But, girls were there. But, my best friend told me in youthful detail as someone in youthful bliss could explain it to me. But, being a church kid nothing ever happened to open my eyes until the ripe old age of 18. So this movement from confusion to falling and seeing how it can happen is awesome. So many of us have missed the falling part, I think that's why these types of Series leave us begging for more, to see what happens. Let it end on a beautiful note please, We have enough tragic endings.
