    Mam I made it yesterday and my one has raised as just as rice batter because I mixed the batter with my hand and kept it aside to ferment for 10 hours 😊😊 and I kept a big stone over the lid to make sure it rises well❤ Thank you for the wonderful recipe loved it❤️

    Thanks for the oats dosa recipe. My first dosa came out crispy and the rest is soft. Do u know if I'm doing something wrong?

      Please try seasoning tawa with oil before pouring dosa.

    Please don't take my comment as rudeness, but it will be nice if you did add the English names . The title in English, and you did add English subs so why not put the name of seeds and other things 😊 . It's hard to find their meaning, like for example I put Chana and urad in Google and give me the same thing, and methi are fenugreek.

      Urad dhal is split black gram and Channa dhal is split chickpea lentils - methi is fenugreek- hope that helps
