Make sure they see this: I derby and we loop the heater core hose with the smaller diamater hose and hose clamps to prevent them from overheating and popping off. Not sure what all they do to them, but there are a lot of tricks you can do the 4.6 to make it run cooler/longer, and run them until they melt down instead of going into limp mode.

Just some food for thought; maybe the arm wraps that Supercross riders put on for arm pump will be alot of help on race day but I could be wrong and the arm pump may be merely caused by that seat being bent so just saying it could help
What mph does 2nd gear reach in a Crown Vic? 75-80? It looks extremely fast to me on camera. Figuring out how far you can push the car for the length of the race is key. The cooling system is going to end a lot of races for guys.

Reach out to Mitchell Stapleton, he is mr old school exhaust guy. But seriously think about it, you need a few cars to really sound good. X pipes and boom tubes.

Cleetus and the guys may want to bypass or find a way to prevent that coolant plenum failure. That's 2 failures now. I'm not real familiar with 2vs so idk if it's even possible but it definitely looks like a weak point
