I have two Fomuler Z11 pro max, and they both have the updates; but I can't move the apps around with any consistency. Whether by holding down the ok button or just tapping the button so that the drop down menu appears without the app opening up. What am I doing wrong? PS, I have a bunch of Firesticks and I am new to the steaming process but the Fomuler is definitely hands above anything that the Firesticks can offer.
@@paulcaldwell1596 if you are using the IR extender that they always give you. You might want to unplug it because it's been my experience that it's never worked, right. Are you using the IR extender?
@@DarrinWilliams-db6qm no unfortunately not. It's only for those that have my TV online. 3. Yours has my TV online 2. Too. The units that are able to get this are the formula Z mini, the formula z11 pro, and or the formuler z11 pro max
