What connection messaging are doing once you find the right contacts? What are some high level examples?
Comment on their post. Include a non boring question in the comment. Wait for the reply. Send the request (no note needed).
Or something short, specific and honest. Like I connect with a lot of people who message me something like “I watched your UA-cam video about LinkedIn newsletters and I launched mine. Thx.”
