They should have demolished the Manchester town hall not spend 330 million when you have people living on the streets Manchester council.

We visited as part of an organized tour. Check with Manchester Tourist Information to find out when they run.

THERE ARE 12 BELLS HERE FOR CHANGE RINGING AND A CARILLON THE CATHEDRAL HAS 10 BELLS
