Ladies and gentlemen! This was a very intense lesson for me! Turning, running, blocking, being extremely low to the ground and thinking very quickly. This lesson has it all.
I think my biggest mistake is that I don't take a decision when the defending the vibora. I just feel like a freeze. This lesson gave me some great tools that help me develop my defending the vibora skills and defending overall skills.

At the end of the video you're discussing the physical aspect (to get better reactiontime and focus), and Santi says you should train 1-1,5hr per day in the gym if I understand correctly, but what exactly should you do in the gym?

Voor langere mensen is het lastig om laag te komen voor ballen, net als bij tennis, maar bij padel komt het veel vaker voor. Nog wat meer door de knieën en minder voorover buigen. Maar dat zal deels ook door de vermoeidheid komen op het laatst. Informatieve video, dank.
Ja blijft lastig, ik zit al veel lager dan vorig jaar en het blijft zwaar om zo laag te komen

@@OtroNivelPadel He means that the center of gravity needs to be low, that's why you have a wide stance. you balance point is what you said, in front behind left right
