Evans are nice. I loved the hydroclear when I used to play the drums. They have such a warm tone but they allow for the drum to have a natural sound.

That lick appears to be single on the rack tom with doubles on the snare and floor tom with the foot combo. The hi hat and snare is a split of a double while the floor tom and foot are doubling.
