That left side floor tom is a very handy trick. It really worked well in your “ to much time on my hands” cover. And it seems to be a help here as well.
That's an amazingly tuned kit and an awesome cover as well, loved the beefy floor tom on the left, did total justice to the song. Apart from that, what I felt is, maybe the splash wasn't an appropriate replacement for the tambourine. But yeah once I got into the song, that totally went out of my mind. Cheers!
