I would be interested in your operational checklist for a home! I find this whole series interesting as I've also considered getting a vacation home to visit / rent out when not in use (but not turn into a full time income stream).
Oh no about the Karen! 😂 I see you realized to hire people who care about your property as much as you do. That’s what I aim to bring to all of my clients. It’s your house and I’m there to make your life easier and more enjoyable. That’s funny about the AC unit in the attic? I’ve never heard of that wow. You’re a great host, I liked the story about the iron for the shirt. The story about the dying family member is so on point. You’re a more personable touch to other people’s lives away from home. I can relate to the bad review, I got ONE bc I legally and safely passed someone on the highway. They didn’t like it and got my info from my trailer only to leave my only 1 star review. Like you said, it’s buffered by 5 star reviews. This is all great Lydia, I wish all of my clients were as nice as you. You run a tight ship but you treat people RIGHT. Looking forward to seeing more of this, I can learn a lot from you.
That is horrible! A 1 star review from a non-customer. But like you said, those are one off and hopefully potential clients can see through that. You’re a great example of how I came to realize relationships matter more than the transaction. Glad you’re on my team 😉
I think you’re just being too hard on yourself about the photos. I think everything in life is normally like that when you see it in person, you’re either dramatically, disappointed or dramatically impressed.
I think the operational manual is great and will help others think through these ideas.
Binge watching all your videos. Super infomrative!
Thanks for watching and I'm so glad you find them useful! :-)
Yes please share. So valuable for long term business
Did eventually make the house manual: ua-cam.com/video/RZ2zaF4uaEk/v-deo.html
